Do you think it's genuinely consider and act upon the feedback received or if this merely to get us off there back?

I still think the piece count matches the advertised production quantity. It's likely that the "burned" pops are at their warehouse waiting some other way to be given out. Maybe as part of the upcoming Dropp arcade announcement.

I just know that some NFT physical pops have ended up at the AZ warehouse sale, so I wouldnt be surprised if they were still made despite being burned. I guess we'll see when they release droppp arcade and what they are offering

If that's the case, here's hoping that they change their mind and provide another avenue/form to get them. Would seem like a waste if they produced the extra supply but no way to get them (but just all speculating at this point).

StarWarsFunkoGirl wrote:I see/hear what you are saying but the NFT market can only continue working if unsold packs (and the NFT's inside) are "burned" or destroyed. If ppl could buy the physical redeemable pop by bypassing the NFT/Droppp market, then the whole NFT market would collapse.
Now am I not saying that if I sell a pop after receiving it, that sale is not "hurting" the NFT market, that is completely different, since I first had to buy the NFT either directly from Droppp or from a person who purchased the NFT.
Hope this makes sense

This should have been the case since day one. They had enough time in between redemption and shipping to make/modify a piece count sticker.

If intentional, they do have townhalls where they share the feedback with internal just so everyone can do their part to improve.
I highly recommend if you haven't taken it and have had any issues or know anyone that has had issues, to contribute to the survey
Instead of voicing it on other platforms, this is your opportunity to tell them yourself.

Oh, I totally get it the buying and selling after the packs have been open and appreciate that there's a post-release marketplace, 100% cool with that.
This is my prediction for Droppp Arcade:
Say Funko/Dropp finance team forecasts that a new series release will make $600K (assuming 20K premium packs x $30/pack). Then the drop releases, it is not popular at all and they have to burn 90% of those packs (and 90% of the Grails, so only ~100 left). For them, they only made $60K on this release and have to run a production line of 100 redeemed pops only. It would probably be in their best financial interest to make up some of that lost revenue and produce the rest of the 800 grail pops and find a way to indirectly sell them. 100% agree that you wouldnt sell these directly cause that would destroy the experience. What I was thinking with the Droppp arcade was that you could convert your leftover NFTs into a token, say 10 NFTs equal 1 token. Then you would enter that token into the Droppp arcade "machine" and you had a ~2% chance to win a random legendary that wasn't redeemed and a .02% chance to win a random grail that wasn't redeemed. So ideally, it is a win-win for everyone, NFT buyers get a chance to win more redeemables and Funko makes more money by encouraging more pack purchases.
