I guess I spoke too soon. Wonder why orders are getting cancelled from buyers who only purchased one. Also glad to see they're using the old shipping method for these.

Do they cancel them before you get a payment confirmation or cancel them after and then reimburse the customer ??

Maybe over sold.

Are the people that are getting canceled, did they get order confirmation email and how close to the time it sold out did they purchase it.

Best news I heard all day!! Glad they're listening to the complaints. :) Thanks to all those that reached out to them via email and posted for them to see how much of a snafu that was for MIB collectors

Probably been discussed but did these get sold at HQ? I’m curious to see what it looks like after some posts about differences in the glams and what the one overseas looked like.

They said for this release they will be going back to the old method, but in the near future will be moving to different shipping options for in and out of box collectors. Meaning, you will pay more for the service you were getting most likely. I want to be optimistic that they will just offer a cheaper method for out of box collectors and keep the same price they have now for in box collectors, but when does that scenario ever happen?

I am just going to be happy to have the option... unless its significantly more than I might throw somethings silently in my room... then pay it

Me too - glad to have the option. But I can't believe that shipping would be more that the 7 bucks or whatever they charge right now. My guess would be that they wanted a lower shipping option because charging 7 bucks on top of a 15 pop is a lot.

I did! Ordered then ran straight to the car to get to work. Haven’t been on the board to check all the hubbub. The new checkout wasn’t too bad. The wait scared me for the brief amount of time it was making me wait (flashbacks of Toucan) but I got my order in! Woo hoo.

One of my buddies made it as far as Complete Order but then showed as sold out after clicking. Gotta keep them clicking fingers moving. \:D/

I've been waiting on this one, ordered at 7:30 so better not be cancelled. I assume it's all rule breakers?

24 hours later... just realized I never got a confirmation email. Shot over an email to customer service but anyone else experience not getting a confirmation email on this release? I checked out right when it went live.

Even if people only ordered one, if someone else at the same address (roomate, gf, sibling) ordered one as well then Funko will cancel all but one of the orders.

Did you get the sold out message while checking out yesterday or forgot or busy? W/ 15k being made, if you were there from the jump you had 6 mins to score one. So it wasn't really impossible.

Correct; BUT sometimes same billing to a diff address won't cancel. It's weird; I don't think they reveal exactly what they're checking for (for good reason).

So the Stone Keeper stock photo looks different from those who got them already - e.g. the clothes he's wearing are different. Are there variants?
