Looks like a lot of work for a referral, it says you can't buy it in stores which means it could be a convention one not necessarily an exclusive to Nerdblock.

I bought loot crate for the first and last time a couple months ago. Extremely disappointed. I am hesitant to get this even for the exclusive pop because I look at some of the unboxings and see a whole bunch of stuff I'm not even remotely interested in.

Yeah they seem hit or miss like most people didn't care for the transform one since it had a lot of mlg stuff in but the villain one every one seemed to like

Nerdblock confirmed they will have Funko Pop! In their August Box. But they didnt say it would be am exclusive

They say it won't be one you find in stores so it could be something like a preview or online only if it isn't exclusive

Honestly, I've been wanting a reason to sign up so I did! I also signed up for this month's Nerd Block so I guess I'm taking my chances on that Pop! I'm excited either way, I love the idea of mystery items every month.

Considering they just had the Villain one and with Batman celebrating his birthday and Marvel as well, I don't think it's going to something like Megaman. It just wouldn't make sense.

I'll probably sign up for both just for the Pop Exclusives. I had Lootcrate for about 4 months last year, but I just didn't find enough things I enjoyed. The only item I got that I really liked was my Deadpool/KoolAid Man shirt. It's awesome!

I'm about to break and get LootCrate for this month. :/ The Villains crate was awesome and I would have loved that Joki shirt. Would hate to miss out on another great crate. But besides the Villains crate, LC hasn't really appealed to me. Hmm what to do?!

Yeah I agree. I had it for 6 months from September of 2013-till February of this year. I credited LootCrate for getting me into POPS when I got a TNMT POP in my first crate. After that the crates started losing there appeal. Seems like it was just a bunch of stuff they got from a dollar store and threw it in a box. I did sign up this month for the POP and the villains crate last month did look awesome. If they have a couple of nice crates the next few months I might have to get back on the train. Guess we'll see.

By the way, to me it looks like Nerdblock is a little more luxurious compared to Lootcrate. Where lootcrate usually seems to get 1 nice item and the rest junk, nerdblock usually seems to get quite a bit of figures and actual collectable stuff. I dont know.. :P

I think it really differs from month to month last months lootcrate villains had quite a few nice pieces like the shirt, comic, socks, and posters. While before during the transfomers theme the only really good things were the shirt and loyal subjects figure. I think lootcrate keeps getting better though.
