I got my HT exclusive Electro over the weekend and it was by sheer luck. My local store didn't have any as they sold out, same goes for a neighboring city. He did say that another store about 35 minutes away had very limited stock. I put my name down to get one reserved since he said they should be receiving more in about two weeks. Well I just so happened to be at the mall where the one that is 35 minutes away is on Saturday. I went in the store and nope they were sold out. The had about 10 of the new Spider-Mans but no Electro. Boo. I looked around the store and when I walked by the counter I saw it. There it was in a pile behind the counter and there was only one. I basically stood there staring at it. I asked an employee if that one was for sale, and she said she doesn't see why not. Another employee then jumped in saying that one was a return because the person who bought it said the head was crooked. It looked fine in the box. The employee gave me the okay to open the box, and sure enough the head was tilted pretty badly to the left side. I told them I'd take it anyway as I was sure it was just a spring problem.

My only reply to the thread I made about fixing springs was the only reply I needed. I didn't know the springs and the head could easily be unscrewed just by twisting it. I got the spring out and yup it was clearly bent so I got some needle-nose pliers and bent it back in place. Wala I have my self a perfectly fine Electro.

I would have bought a Spider-Man, but every single one had really bad scrapes on the plastic window. I'll just get mine from either Gemini, Fugitive, or EE since I still have to order a regular Electro anyway.

WHAT!!?!?!?!?!??!?! I'm on the hunt now just to make sure he wasn't early released for only the con.

EDIT: I found him!! I found him on Fugitive along with all the Captain America Pops and Amazing Spider-Man 2. I put an order in for Coulson, regular Electro, and Spider-Man. Thanks for the heads up!!! Once I get these my collection will be 100% complete again minus the rare errors.

I'm very indifferent with unmasked Star Lord being an Amazon exclusive. I mean I love the unmasked Star Lord and will be getting it, but Amazon isn't the best when it comes to packaging their items. I order many items weekly from Amazon, and most of the time the padding they put on the inside consists of just a few air packs. I'm more concerned about receiving a damaged box as I'm an in box collector.

TLDR - Love unmasked Starlord, scared of Amazon's meh packing

I know Cristina said this but I have to agree- at least it's easier to find than 7-11 exclusives. lol

Yeah, Brick store exclusives are a lot harder to get the exclusives from, I much prefer online exclusives. 7-11 is proving difficult since nearest is 200 miles away from me. I never needed a Books A Million exclusive (I think they got a Duck Dynasty one) but I have no clue where one of those are either.

New rumor floating about that there are new characters from Thor coming. The thread linked here doesn't say if they are movie related or not. They are Lady Sif, Odin, Heimdall w/ helmet, and a new? Loki w/ helmet. I for one welcome our new Pop overlords.

I've been seeing people on tumblr that have him, but I'm wondering if it's because of preorders or finding him out while shopping.

Best of luck to you. It looks great in person. I've been resisting the urge to pick it up since I done a preorder on all the new Marvel pieces and it hasn't shipped yet.

I would take the bookmaster date with a heavy dose of salt and more salt. I mean, they have the Funko reAction Alien figures listed for 2/12/2014 and I don't think they have been released yet.

I could be wrong, but I was just sharing what was in the system. Bookmaster is a horrible inventory program and drives everyone to tears. You should know this, haha.

Yeah that's why I didn't put it as an official release. I just stumbled upon it and thought I'd share it. I also found something on the Amazon Star Lord Exclusive being released in August, but I could not find any source on this so I have omitted until I can get more info.

I was looking for release dates for the GotG Pops and stumbled upon this. http://www.entertainmentearth.com/hitli ... p=&x=0&y=0

I seriously doubt the Pops will be out in September as that would be a month after the movie, but look closely at Rocket Racoon's release date. His states June. I just thought it was weird that RR's was different. I think realistically his is closer to the real release date, and gives a glimpse to a general time frame as to when to expect it. I'm not adding it yet to the first posts as I still believe it is not in September, but all I have to work with is the RR release date so for now I'll leave it in the rumor area. The Amazon exclusive though I have no idea.

UPDATE:
Gemini also has these listed with a June release date, so since both EE and GC say June I will pretty much take that as a confirmation of when the Pops will be released. Maybe sooner.

Added info about the new stupid rare metallic Spider-Man pop from Japan. As a Marvel completest, stuff like this really irks me, and pushes me closer to not wanting to collect anymore. I'm still on the hunt though as I'm not quite there yet.

I'm a completest too and started too late to collect Marvel. I can't spend that much for the retired, hard to find Loki's. I like when they do variants with the same numbered box. So at the very least I can have them in sequential order. Haha.

Dude, I feel you. I finally have EVERY Marvel pop (finally have the 'I like gollllllddddddd' loki) and then they hit you with this. Haha. I hope it's released soon.

Yes they did, and was changed from a Japan Exclusive to Gemini Exclusive on the sticker.

The reason we were able to get our hands on the Japanese labeled Amazing Spider-Man was because it was available for sale. These are not which is what is annoying.

I would love to get my hands on that Japanese Spidey POP, but I'm sure it's going to cost an arm and a leg.

I would love to see a black suit Spidey, Doc Ock, Green Goblin and Venom released. I'm sure we will see those at some point.

My guess would be maybe LOL. If there are others planned or in idea form it will be on the back burner for now. I think they are going to wait on if season two would be it's last or night. Coulson was very popular from all the movies. No one else on the cast of Agent of Shield had the exposure he did when the show started, minus Garret. Let me correct myself on Garret. Bill Paxton is a well known actor, Marvel wise he had no exposure until he showed up in this show.
