Was just browsing the Portland CC exclusives section and landed on this:

Looks like there is a non factory error black and white (no glow) limited edition run size of 1500 for $20.00 as well.

From what I remember I think they had a bunch of regular ones that had the GITD heads on there. I guess they're trying to bank off of the super rare factory error

Yeah. When people starting emailing them asking what's wrong with the deadpools, they starting looking through their stock and found a few boxes with this error.

It's supposed to have a new sticker, but there was ANOTHER error and the stickers will remain the same ;-)

Didn't the fully glow ones sell for more though? I thought the non glow were $30 and the glow were $50 (and sold out quickly?) Swapping heads would still not be profitable since the regular glow would fetch the same price.

Or is this wrong???

No it was $50 for both, $30 for the glow, $20 for the regular.

So who wants to buy my super duper rare error set, it includes 4 Deadpools 2 whites & 2 reds. 1 red is a supper rare aftermarket glowing head swap, the other a red glow body with a rare non glow head. & the whites well let me tell you don't get suckered in with a "1 of about 100" factory error when you could own a 1 of 1500 head swapped set! If you act now I'll even box all of the backwards & upside down!

Personally, I feel this is a very lame attempt at making a buck of off a small error. I've been in Matt's shop many times and am disappointed at this. I understand exclusives are expensive to do, especially for a small comic shop, and I wish Matt success... But not like this. I'm almost offended, as if he's taking funatics for fools with a simple, undesirable head-swap error.

The only thing is he isn't asking for much more than a normal white GITD deadpool goes for on ebay. I see them sell for 45$ pretty frequently.

I seem to remember that a fair number of people got these errors with their regular pops when they came out.

The only good thing is that he is actually being honest in advertising that it is a defect. Why didn't they send them back to Funko?

Knowing that some of this 'limited edition' (with a custom sticker...booooo stickers) came in with glowing heads by mistake last year and have just been sitting around their shop waiting to be capitalized upon, I wouldn't buy one of them at all.

This, too me, isn't about being a completeist, but a rube.

i try to be a completest and i've on previous occasions paid for the same figure twice in order to get a new sticker, but i think i gotta pass here. there's already enough ridiculous variants and exclusives out there cheapening this line (looking at you, spider web bilbo and sparkly head jon snow)

This isn't really a variant, its a mistake. People posted that the heads on their BW Deadpools glowed when Matt's first released them almost a year ago. Thy just put stickers on the boxes

Just checked mine, seems that I havw the ultra uber rare non-glow in the dark white deadpool with non glowing head and glowing body
