Sorry for any confusion but here is where my order stands:
* My order on TT is showing as Payment Received / Order Created
* My credit card is showing the transaction as completed on the card's website and confirmed by phone
* I have NOT received a cancelation email

I ordered mine at 3:10, had mine cancelled...such garbage. Their "online" mailing address is literally 5 minutes from my house, who wants to go on a roadtrip?lol

I ordered mine (from the confirmation email) at 3:07 and was also cancelled... just more curious at this point as to how close I may have been to getting in the door.

lol since we have so much misinformation out there I'll add a little more. I was told yesterday if you went to the store you could have pre-ordered them there. Maybe that is why they "over sold"

My order is 4238 and I did get the cancellation email too

Toytokyo shows order as "payment received" (not cancelled?!)
paypal shows order as "pending"

lol this is the deadest horse I ever rode! So I called TT website customer ( yet again) only to be told call the store. So Im like What the front door! I tell the rep your website clearly states the stores does not have any information about website orders. His answer is those are the instructions I currently have. So I wait for 1pm EST call the store and some guy answers. He tells me he needs my name, tel# & order number and the website CS will get back to me. I tell him this makes no sense since they directed me to him. He gets all huffy and puffy and says I don't have to leave anything if I feel this is wasting time. Then someone takes the phone from him and explains what they want from me again which I tell them I have no problem giving them my info but, this just makes NO SENSE!!! So they claim I will be called within 2 hrs from website cs about my order. So call them guys they are open till 9 EST (212) 673-5424 BE NICE WHEN YOU CALL!

FYI my order number is lower than anyone has posted.

They should not be getting huffy and puffy with customers, unless the customer is screaming at them and calling them "things I shall not type on this forum", even then they should stay calm about it and politely hang up. So, yay be nice, but no one should be taking attitude from a business they are paying money to. Especially one who has a bunch of orders still "pending" for orders that may or may not be canceled, leaving some people without their money for a moment....along with wasting a ton of their time.

End rant here. :)
Likes: Any POP! that makes me go "Sweet!" Pop Count: Many on display and I forget how many in storage.

So based on those of you that are willing to share what time your order was placed, TT is honoring orders for who they feel like honoring. It is not based on time of order nor order number. As you can see from this thread, orders are being cancelled that were placed before orders that are being honored and even orders placed before 5:00. That is ironic.

Have any of you ever dealt with any other company that does business that way? I know I haven't. Most companies do orders in the order in which they were placed, especially on items that are exclusive, limited edition pieces.

All I can say is, if you got one, count yourself as VERY VERY lucky...

I was one of the first ones told I wasn't getting it and was getting a refund. Still don't have an email or a refund. Poor chemos getting the run around, one minute they say he's ok , then its not, then he is, then he's not again.

so Toy Tokyo removed my order from my account. That makes it final they chose to F me out of a batmobile. yea that coupon is so gonna help [-( Maybe its a coupon for lube but i must say its kinda too late for that :rolleyes:

Right, but remember that in the middle of this clusterf... we need to just suck it up. That we shouldn't expect better from a company that has been in business so long. That we should expect in 2013 that their server should handle the traffic. It's only Pop related. It's only Batman related. It's only an exclusive. WHAT THE HELL ARE WE THINKING TO EXPECT A GOOD OUTCOME? If it were a Clockwork Orange Wobbler from a few years ago I wonder who would be p*ssed about this.

So the "we will NOT honor any order before 5:00" tweet was really more of a "we will honor a few random orders before 5:00 but it will be our choice and you cannot do anything about it"
