Hey guys, relax on the Twitter bashing. If no one had brought up the subject then they would not be discussing it right now. I have spoken with customer service twice and they know nothing about cancelling orders before 5pm. This may just be Toy Tokyo's way of saving face since someone brought up the "Ordering before 5" issue. Just relax and keep checking your orders. We may be forced to re-order the piece but at least we can be civil about it.

The problem is the not knowing if its a legit order or not because they stated that if two orders were made youd be blacklisted no exceptions. So if we wait it out we run the risk of having our order canceled and not getting one, if we order again we run the risk of being blacklisted. Has anyone gotten clarification on this at all? Also if they know nothing about canceling orders who the heck is posting stuff on their twitter..this makes no sense to me

Does it sound unreasonable to try and place another order at the 5PM release and if I get lucky enough to get one, contact TT then to cancel the first and explain the situation? I really want this one (as a lot of others do too)

yeah me to since they posted on twitter that they are sticking by their word to be fair...wtf is your word to the people not on this site who just happened to go and preorder before 5 order went through and they have no idea that this is going on..this is sad...hopefully brian catches wind of this

Do they actually think that all of their customers are monitoring TT's twitter feed? There are going to be people who ordered & have no idea their order is being cancelled...they have handled this very poorly

It's been doing that for a while. On refresh, the button would show and disappear shortly after. But if you managed to click it, it said out of stock.

Got as far as logged into paypal but it seems to have timed out again. :/ Ugh.
