According to Toy Tokyo's Instagram, there will be some online "later as the con approaches." Cost is $34.99, but that may be the convention price. No idea if pre-order/web price would differ.

No word on how many made or how many online.

I called and asked Toy Tokyo directly about pre-ordering. There will be NO PRE-ORDERS. IF they have any left after the con they will put those on their website.

I'm still looking for help from a NYCC attendee in acquiring one. Please pm me if you can help.

Since it seems there is no pre order, did we ever establish if there was someone willing to pick a few exclusive batmobiles up? I've seen posts various places of members asking, but I didn't get the impression any of them were getting anywhere. I'm hoping that some will go for sale later that don't cost an arm and a leg. If anyone is picking up extras I am interested and funded ;-)

I highly doubt anyone is going to be able to pick up extras. We don't know the edition size or what the limit will be at the booth. And if by chance they are allowed to get more than one then I highly doubt there will be any left after the flippers get their share. I say let the people going enjoy their trip and be prepared to stalk ebay.

ToyTokyo just posted that they will be putting some of these online after NYCC weekend. But, this piece sounds very limited. Only 24 pieces a day at the booth. (All of this is according to their Twitter feed)

I saw their twitter feed, since I have been waiting to see if they would make this available to people that can't attend. I can't believe they will only be selling 24 a day, but at least they are allowing non-attendees a chance to buy this piece. I can't wait!

There is only an exclusive sticker on the Batmobile box with no mention of the edition size. Can it really be true that they only are going to sell 96 (24 for 4 days) of these at the con? I think we may get a crack at this one online after the con. Avoid the ebay price gouge if you can. Not my pic btw.

I feel like when it doesn't have an edition size on it, it can't be that low of a quantity. Otherwise wouldn't it say it on the sticker? I mean that does make it worth more, no?

some companies never put edition sizes on their stickers...presumably to limit people buying ONLY the super limited exclusives...if you dont know you have to buy them all!
