He is by far the best retailer to buy from IMO. And I'm more than happy to keep spending my hard earned cash with him. Some people moan about the shipping rates but he does a first class job to make sure it gets to you perfect

I just don't know what some people are all in a panic about.....it has already been posted in another thread about Steve's 2500 orders and of course, things may take a little longer than usual due to the volume.....it will arrive to you eventually. Steve is one of the most trustworthy Funko dealers and along with his employees, the job will get done!

I think everyone should really thank Steve and Gemini for the free shipping they did for the weekend. 2500 orders (well the majority, I forgot to put the code on one of them) is a huge number to lose money on. I greatly appreciate everything they did for all of us!

I placed 3 orders on Friday within the first 1-2 hours of the sale. All three of those orders arrived today (in excellent condition). The 4th order I place on Saturday has yet to arrive (impulse buy). Not worried about it at all though.

Still no illidan shipping confirmation. Hopefully no issues with my order as I literally ordered the second they came up. A friend even ordered after me so I was pretty quick lol

My first of four orders showed up today...crushed. 2 of the 4 figures boxes are smashed. I called Gemini soon after and it definitely sounds like they will send me new replacement boxes BUT I was told with the volume of orders to not expect a reply to my emails for a few days....not a good initial experience for my first order with them, but I will stay optimistic about the other 3 orders and a resolution on the 1st.

I really dislike how some shipping carriers treat the packages. It is as if they don't care what is inside packages. Nice that Gemini is sending you replacement boxes, I also have a issue I need to talk to Gemini about, I guess I should call instead of email.

Man...this has me a little worried. I have one LE 12, one LE 48, the B&W Freddy, along with a bunch of other SDCC exclusives that I'm waiting for them to ship...kinda glad I haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet so hopefully things will calm down a bit before they ship mine out.

I love Gemini and they have a great store and awesome customer service. Anyone who is complaining about them should be ashamed. Just chill out, your stuff is in good hands.

What he said. If your shipping box was crushed then it wasn't Gemini's fault. It was the shipping company's fault. If the shipping box was fine and the boxes inside were still messed up then it is Gemini's fault.

I have had at least 10-11 orders from Gemini. 2 times I received damaged good. When I ordered the Marvel Avengers set my shipping box had been smashed in the side, and it had damaged my Hulk and Captain America boxes. On top of this I received a horribly painted Thor. Gemini replaced not only my Thor for free, but sent me brand new boxes for Hulk and Cap again free of charge. The box being crushed was not there fault but they still took care of me. The 2nd time I received damaged goods came when I ordered Wall-E and EVE for my fiancee. This time the shipping box was fine, but the EVE box had a huge tear on the side of it. This was their fault as it was damaged prior to going in the box or while it was going in the box. I contacted Gemini and again they took care me. Even if something goes wrong this company has made me feel like they have my back.

Fugitive Toys is another company that I think does an outstanding job.

^^^This! Gemini will take care of you. I don't get why so many people want to blame the company they bought items from, versus the shipping companies. I'm not saying anyone in here is, I just see it so much on this forum. And I don't think people need to start threads over it either. Stuff happens, if you get a damaged box or item, contact the seller and try to resolve it. No one is perfect, especially companies who handle a higher volume of orders.

I recently received one Pop from Gemini (Not SDCC Pops) and it was wrapped in bubble wrap a little loose, maybe half an inch all around. The packing box was perfect and the Pop box was perfect. So if your box arrives smashed, it's almost 100% that it was the shipping carrier's fault, not Geminis.

A while back, I ordered the SDCC Metallic 9" Malificent from Gemini. It came with some sort of brown sticky residue all around the Pop. I've discovered that this is what they put in the larger Pops (to weigh them down I suppose) and this one must have had a leak somewhere. I emailed Steve, he said to mail it back and he'll send me a new one. I got a new one and he also refunded the cost of postage to ship it back to him. Thumbs up from me!

What Jeggy said.There's a difference between Gemini and say someone like..Harrisons & Man of Action Figures,who purposely put already damaged products in the box and then say it's not their fault,even though the shipping box wasn't damaged.I don't have personal experience of this,just from what the countless other people that have ordered from them have said,and that is the reason why I haven't ordered any of their exclusives yet.And even if you get something bad from Gemini,Steve will take care of the problem and fix it,as long as you don't act like a dick about it.Steve is an awesome guy,and will take care of his customers as long as you show respect back.

It seems like with all these threads up about this, nobody has experience ordering things online. I'm amazed that people are getting shipments so soon, especially with standard shipping. Plus there is an entire thread explaining everything. A lot. Plus other threads!
