Does anyone know the release date for the Cupcake Keepsakes? I think somewhere on this forum I read in May but no exact date.

I know these are not hot items on everyone's list, but I had hoped someone knew the release date. Or maybe just what week in May if they are actually being released this month.
My wife really wants a few of these. So with Mother's Day coming up and her birthday a month away, I thought these would make cute presents from the kids.

Seems like nobody knows. I'm pretty sure they have not been released or they would be on Gemini's site. I would suggest calling Gemini but they went on vacation today. Next best thing is to post on the Funko facebook page and ask them. Good Luck!

I have not heard anything back from Gemini about the release dates for these, and I don't do Facebook so that is out for me.
I did find that Entertainment Earth has them for pre-order scheduled to ship in May, while toywiz.com has them for pre-order scheduled to ship in June. These items may have been slated for a late May - early June release but have since been pushed back. Only time will tell.

I did find another date at Dark Side Comics Pop Shop & Atomic Empire. Dark Side & Atomic are showing a release date of July 10th. That is probably the least generic date so far.

Hmmm. Entertainment Earth is saying October for the Toy Fair-announced Disney/Muppet pieces but the more recently announced My Little Pony Cupcakes to be released in August? And still no official glam shots for any of them.

I want some cupcakes.

I can't help but wonder if these will ever happen when they keep getting pushed back. The original version that debuted at Toy Fair 2012 was supposed to come out last year. This year's version was supposed to come out in May this year. Hopefully these will come out soon and there will be more series in the future. There are other characters that I would like to see for this line.
