New to POP so many questions

Hai!! I'm Amelia, from Sydney Australia, and i have only recently started collecting POP funko vinyl figures:3
I have the hobbit set, and I have a SDCC shiny alien from toy story on the way. It's a huge collection, I know.
I just have a few questions that I wanted to ask since I am a new collector and come from a far away land...

1. Firstly I want to know how these figures are restocked, I would love to get the Wreck it Ralph figures, however they are nowhere to be found. So how do these figures get distributed and do they have issue 2nd runs etc?

2. What are these prototype figures I see everywhere and how can I get my hands on one over here in Australia? (Online shopping is a viable option for me!)

3. Where do you find out all the information on things like what's being released in the upcoming year?\

4. What are some good online stores that ship POP figures to Australia?

5. How often do make new 9 inch figures, I love them but I was just curious how frequently they create new ones?

6. I understand the Freddy Funko variants are quite difficult to find, are they always $200+ (like on ebay) or can you find them for a slightly more reasonable price elsewhere?

7. Is there a seller that sells the custom POP vinyl figures I've seen on the forums?

Thanks for any help you can offer me! there are a lot of questions and some might seem obvious but it'd be nice to know the basics as I have just started collecting

Welcome! To answer our last question, there are several customizers lurking on this board, myself included. Check out the custom creations area and you can get an idea of who made what. You probably came across Jonness' customs the most-dude's a freaking boss at customs. But yeah, lots of talented people with some creative ideas around.

1, wreck it Ralph had a limited run (unknown to everyone even here) And disney said no more runs....for now.

2. Prototypes are...well...prototypes of Pops!. Several are made before being put into production.

3. Use the advanced search forum. there are several. or you can look at the stapled threads in the Pop! section.

6. Depends on which freddy your talking about.

Like David said for 6, depends on the Freddy. But usually the non /12 are more affordable.
