Harrison's having new TWD and Marvel exclusives?

Postby yoshi » Tue Jan 15, 2013 7:47 pm

Well I thought I would post this as I went to go purchase the bloody daryl and rick and saw this on their page.
And I searched but couldn't see anyone had posted this, so unless I missed it I figured it was good to let people know.

"STAY TUNED FOR A COUPLE OF NEW VARIANT "POPS" FEATURING WALKING DEAD AND MARVEL CHARACTERS FOR 2013"

Meaning that there should be more bloody's for the walking deads fans and more alternatives for marvel chars. I really hope that they will all be available online because that's the only way i'll be getting them, if they are truly exclusive. As it was seen that flocked beast is a gemini exclusive I figure it's only fair to expect one or two to be harrison's exclusive. Does anyone have any better word on what the official products will be? I figure it will be a while before officially announcing the products, but thought I'd help getting things stirred up.

I will for sure get the walking dead variants, but I agree they are very overpriced, and the no combined shipping is a complete and utter joke!!

$25 isn't really over priced. But the no combine shipping does suck

Harrison trying to price gouge was not cool, Brian making them fix that was cool, Brian saying funatics will get a special price and Harrison ignoring ALL emails regarding this deal was not cool.

But in the end I met the guys at NYCC and they were very cool people and I picked up some for members here, they tried to take advantage while the iron was hot, cant blame them for that. Hell, they are much better then Wesfield Comics lmao

They included tax and shipping. Which most likely will be $25

That's majority of small comic shops. Over price things. I guess they wanna make some profit.
Just like when people find chase pieces. It happens. I wish midtown comics did exclusives. Theyre decent

well at 25$ shipped i don't think is too bad, i just hope the new ones get the same pricing (or better) and not this more expensive pricing i have heard of. 25$ each or 45$ together. Shouldn't be that big of a difference as they could place them both in a single box. And at 3000 pieces each? I've seen 1000s sell for cheaper out the door. but I hope they have some good marvel variants.

I still haven't bought the Walking Dead exclusives from them yet either. If you buy both of them, they should combine shipping.I was hoping if I waited long enough, they might lower the price on them.In my opinion Fugitive Toys should be getting some of the exclusives since they know how to take care of their customers.

It's all about which of these comic shops is willing to put up the money for an exclusive.

I am surprised that Midtown hasn't had an exclusive. I go there once or so every 2 weeks and their pops turn over really quickly.

I'm not going to say no to any marvel exclusive. I originally said i would not pre-order beast but then there was the flocked exclusive and I had to have it. Either way I can't wait.

Anyone know how much the WD Harrison exclusive was in stores?
