They had about 300 sets left over out of 1000, seems like a lot, but at 15 bucks a pop, I think they did well enough to warrant another exclusive, I am willing to bet they bring leftover Han and Lukes and sell those too.

Since ECCC last year the general public's interest in POPs has grown drastically. That time last year my store carried 20, maybe 30. Now we're having to get rid of other room to make room for them! Seriously, everyone and their dog leaves the store with at least one POP now. And since it's just one (rather then feeling obligated to buy 2) I would not be at all surprised if they are totally gone by the end of the con. Plus the size of the con this year should help with that-they had to take over the entire convention center since last year it reached max capacity by 1 on the Saturday last year.

Will there be someone who would be able to pick these up and ship them to people who can't go to the convention for cost + shipping? I really want to get it!

I was thinking the same thing. Buying one will be easier for folks than buying the two last year.

I don't mind helping out Funatics, but last year I had a few people who I helped out who were selling them for profit. Now I believe that once you pay for something it's yours, you can do what you like, but don't ask for help like its for you personally when you just want to flip it.

WTH? That really happened? I can't remember back that far if anything was ever said.That's kind of crappy for people to do since you went through all that trouble.You don't have to worry about me Eddie,because I still have mine,even the damaged one with the melted gun,I made myself a Han Solo Clone Trooper instead with it.I'm a hoarder,I don't get rid of anything,collectible wise.Except NASCAR stuff,still trying to get rid of that crap.

People flipping them was a trip, but also seeing the masses coming from Facebook and joining just to get Eddie to help them out was trifling to watch.

^ agreed. Eddie did a lot for many members here and a few of them did crap like that. I mean, he lines up for 30 minutes each time at least, then lugs it up a hill and then sends them out pretty quickly for people that turns around and flipped it. Not cool at all.

I'll admit,I'm guilty of that.That's probably why a lot of people don't like me on here,because of that very reason.But I'm still here,I never left,and I try to be helpful with info when I see some.I can't really help with Pops because I have nothing around me that really carries anything,that's why 98% of my collection has been bought online.I discovered Victor's "Funko Pop Vinyl Fan Page" on FB,and that's how I started to get more involved.That's who I asked about the two missing numbers in the Star Wars line,and then he found out the info,and then he joined here,and that's when I discovered it,plus also discovering that Funko had a FB page.I've referred a couple of people to join here to see the bigger picture of what they were missing.But yes,I'm guilty of that.

If that's newer stuff you're talking about,then probably not.I think most of my stuff is before 2004 maybe.I have a lot of Action Performance Kevin Harvick cars,Terry Labonte,I have a lot of the Racing Champions Stock Rods from the late 90's.They were the ones that were classic cars painted up like NASCAR cars.I also have the old WCW Wrestling ones that were like Stock Rods too.Now my Earnhardt Sr. stuff,I'll never sell that.

I want to check on how ECCC does things, last year I didn't get Han and Luke, but I got a print, but I've never done the buying multiples thing, for instance, at my store we limit each customer to 5 of any 1 item

I would also love to get added to someone's pickup list if they don't mind getting me one. I would be happy to cover an 'inconvenience fee' of having to add one more box to the shopping cart of Marvel Girl/Phoenix you'll be pushing around

hmm I started off picking up Pops I could use for future customs. Then blue fuzzy beast. Now I figure I can stop at getting the X-Men... Plus I named our puppy Arya last February so I'll need to get her namesake... *sigh* I'm toast....
