Comic Strip Pop?

I got this idea from the Garfield Pop wish thread.

Why not just a whole line of Comic Strip Pop?

Peanuts, Dilbert, Garfield, Cathy, Calvin & Hobbs!

Wouldn't it be lovely?

Let's go all the way back to the beginning, The Katzenjammer Kids, Yellow Kid and Little Nemo(the original Nemo from Little Nemo in Slumberland)

Sadly Bill Watterson is very, very, very against merchandising-that's why there's nothing out there for Calvin & Hobbes. Good thing there are people out there who are awesome at making these things themselves!

I never realized he was against merchandising. It does explain why I can never find Calvin and Hobbes merch for my hubs. I will stop my searching high and low.

I would LOVE a Peanuts line. I have been a fan since childhood. Garfield and Heathcliff would look sweet too. Actually I have liked everyone's ideas on this thread. I would probably get every one if a Comic Strip line was made.

As for those customs of Calvin and Hobbs .... FREAKING AMAZING!!!! If you would ever make them to sell I would be buying. Totally amazing work!

Probably not any time soon as the artist for the comic doesn't allow merchandising except for books. Really too bad since there's a lot of fans out there.
