Walking Dead Pops from Harrisons

I have searched the forum for my answer but haven't found anything, has anyone actually received their bloody variant WD pops from Harrisons? I ordered a set at the beginning of October and haven't heard anything. No answers to facebook posts, emails or anything. I didn't pick them up at NYCC because i had 2 sets coming to me, and now I wish I did. Anyone have any past experience with them? Are they just really bad at answering emails or shipping things?

ordered august 28, haven't heard anything from them yet

once i heard they were gonna be at nycc, i just sorta assumed that their attention was focused there and not on shipping out the pre-orders. now that the event is over, i'd expect them to go out sometime later this week or next. i'm not too worried... yet.

Yeah that's what I was assuming with nycc being their main focus, you would think they could at least answer an email or Facebook post, ya know? I'm kicking myself for not grabbing some at nycc.

Do you have to have an account with Harrison's to order these?I was just wondering how they get your info like your address and stuff,or does that show up when you pay with PayPal?

I was wondering the same thing. I know they had nycc but it's totally crappy of them to not mail ours if they have them. I doubt their physical store was closed for nycc prep. Not to mention how they tried to gouge the prices when they first put them up. They seem shady. Makes you really appreciate gemini.

They had a TON of these at NYCC. I'm glad I bought mine there to pick out my own and save on shipping fees

I ordered from Gemini and had them 2 days later, Harrison's won't answer an email. Their site says they would ship out first week of October, that was 2 weeks ago.

I think they are a small shop and are just overwhelmed because I have sent them many emails with no replies. Just a bad way of doing business. I am happy I picked mine up at the show because their customer service is non existent heh

No shipment yet nor any responses to email.... They DO have a phone, so I might try to call and see what is up with their shipping!

I thought about calling, as a last resort. It's somewhat ridiculous to offer something like that and you cant even get a response from them in any way.
*Update* I know im not the only one p*** and wondering why they dont answer emails, but their website has been updated and it now says they have all arrived at their "warehouse" and are shipping this week. Not holding my breath on this one.

Yea they should try to communicate, but with as many orders as they have received from us on the board I doubt they wouldn't send them. They would have a lot of angry customers.

It's kind of crappy that they dragged them all to NYCC and then back... Hope the ones we get shipped are not road-weary and damaged.

Fortunately I picked out a nice pair at NYCC and will be offering the mail order ones to any board member who wants them at cost...

Nope I even gave up on that idea. Harrison kinda screwed the pooch when it came to customer service. Exact opposite of my experience with zapp comics. I've gone back there several times since I got my wolverine pop for other items. Not so much with these guys lol

The cool thing is that each of the bloody variants is unique, as the spatter pattern is different on every one I've looked at... I was kind of glad that I picked up a couple at NYCC as I could pick out the kind of splatter I preferred. :-)
