No I didn't. I emailed them and they said they haven't got their items back in stock from NYCC and they should go out Monday or Tuesday.

Postby **fugitivetoys** » Mon Oct 22, 2012 2:03 am

Hey guys,

No need to worry. They are expected to come in tomorrow based on the tracking number. Sent our stock back last Monday and it takes 5 business days to go from NY to CA. As long as it gets here early enough, I'll be able to pack all the preorders and ship out. However, there is a nice storm rolling in during the middle of the day so hopefully, that doesn't mean shipments will be delayed. At the absolute latest, it will ship out on Tuesday. But, I'll do everything in my power to ship out tomorrow. Thanks for all your patience.

Sorry, the Fedex guy didn't make it to our warehouse till 8pm last night. The shipment was too large and took up the whole truck so they had to deliver to me after making their full day deliveries, going back to their warehouse, then filling up their whole truck again and driving back out to us. It's definitely going out today. Most shipments are by USPS Priority so assuming they are true to their word, it will take up to 3 business days. If you ordered more, it may be by Fedex and it would take 5 business days. Nevertheless, you should get your package no later than next Wednesday. Thanks again for your patience.

Wow, fast turn-around. Thanks Nelson for being so customer service oriented. This is not lost on us. Since DC PoPs are the only PoPs I collect I'm pretty excited about getting this little guy. =D>

Thanks for the heads up, Stacey. But the int'l shipping is really too costly, though I know they have their reasons. Might have to buy one off any ebay seller who ships internationally at a cheaper rate

Who is online
