Don't have much of a display, but I love Batman. 4 Batman Beyonds (customized by me), The Dark Knight (with no coloring, not a prototype), and the rest you fans can identify. I have 3 extra Batman Beyonds, but 1 is going to my main Comic Book Store: Comic Outpost in SF, 1 for a Funko Vendor for display, and 1 for ebay. Right before I post the Batman Beyond on ebay, I'll post the link here for you fans. I will be working on more Funko Pop Vinyl projects. One of the projects will make you... "FreeEeEeZe" =]

dave:

sorry the glass order was cancelled. maybe there is somewhere local you could try (or maybe that's the route you already took).

I think it would still look impressive without the glass and pop inside.

Ken I was thinking plexi as well now that the glass was cancelled. Problem with plexi is cleaning it. Although the good thing about plexi is that it costs way less and weighs 50% less which is good in my case since this guy is already kind of heavy and will be wall mounted. Also can't really use too heavy duty plexi cuz the groove I cut in all around is about 3/16 and heavy duty stuff is usually 1/2 inch or more. Eh I gotta look for another place around here for it. Once I wire the lights I'll probably just hang it anyway and work on getting the glass. Thanks for the support and interest guys on my display! Appreciate it. Love my funko family!!:)

Yeah, plexiglas in the long haul will not show as well as glass.

Check local framing shops and see what they could do for you. Most of that would offer UV protection as well.

Stick to glass if you can go to Home Depot or Lowes they will cut the glass for you and build a wood frame with hinges to hold the glass. Not sure how good you are at building things or even if you have the tools for it. Good luck! By the way I will fly you down any time you want.

my dad has every tool known to man. So anything i need i borrow from him. I only have a few but I grew up doing this stuff so I'd say I'm pretty handy! Not the best but I can do some stuff. My dad taught me pretty much everything like electrical, tile, masonry, building and plumbing when I was a kid. My summers were not spent having fun but instead going to work with pops. My parents are straight off the boat and to them work is the only thing to do when your a man. As soon as you can walk you can help! I appreciate it now as an adult because hiring anyone to work on my house is out of the question. I do everything myself.

My hat is off to you and I can relate. You might just want to paint it and put some molding around the front to give it a finsh look. Without any glass at all.

If anyone wants these LED lights you can find them on amazon. I think the whole light thing cost me about $40. Including the power supply and remote for lighting effects. If you plan on cutting the ribbons you should know how to solder because once cut you have to run jumper wires. Image

It was $80 for the wood, $40 for the lights.

Had all the tools and wire and solder stuff so didn't pay for anything other than wood and lights
