Sheldon is so obviously Aspergers its ridiculous. Having children with that syndrome makes the character a hilarious delight to watch.

I know that there is a mini Raj in the 5 wobbler set, but I have not seen the 7" Raj as of yet. It does however make sense that there would be one in the future.
