I finished my royalty set for Scooby Doo this morning, so I am done with this set since I will not get the grail at that price (and the grail was my least favorite anyway).

After Big Boy and Iron Maiden were so easy I decided to try to get royalty for the first ten sets - I slowly picked away at TMNT and then finished all the other sets the first week other than Transformers, and I managed to trade for that royalty. So that goal was reached, which is pretty exciting.

Buying packs is the only feasible way to get the royalty if they keep increasing the number of epics needed.... unless they go back to 8 epics which seems unlikely. It's a shame though because I love a lot of the pops in these sets, I just can't reason going after market with prices so high.

I agree. If they defeat the multiple browsers, it will dwindle my purchasing of the NFTs. I will be priced out of the royalty set for sure, and I don't know if I can justify gambling for grails and legendaries. When I go for royalty, those are a nice bonus to get. I am glad I jumped in on all the earlier ones. I just hope my remaining redeemables don't suffer the same fate as my TMNT royalty Freddy that is now lost in the mail somewhere.

Exactly my thoughts. I spent a lot on this drop because I wanted the legendaries, but on drops where I'm only after the royalty I can typically buy 2-4 premium between my husband and i, and work from there towards a set. But with 15 epics and aftermarket starting around $15 each it's crazy $. Makes it better chances to buy standard packs for $10.

I usually check the catalog before the sale so I know what I'm in for, I think 8 seems the most reasonable. 15 is going to make me think twice on future royalty unfortunately. Those are typically my favorite pops in the bunch.

Yeah, the size of the set and inability to buy the drop was a killer on both fronts.

I should’ve kept my packs sealed, could’ve sold them and finished most of the set by now. But curiosity got the better of me and I forgot I have a negative luck stat

I was able to get a great spot in the que using only one browser and managed to get two premium packs and pulled a redeemable Charlie the Robot. I did not have good epic luck so I am not going to attempt Royalty and just be happy with Charlie. I may need to try multiple browsers next time if Dropp hasn't fixed that issue yet. I learned about that loophole right when this drop started and thought I would keep it simple one more time.

Was able to trade my #1 Royalty TMNT NFT for a Scooby Royalty set today so I'm still Freddy complete! I was sad letting it go, but physical Freddy Pops are cooler to me than digital cards

Do you happen to have a list of the totals that were redeemed for each line so far (of what's passed the redemption period)? I'm curious how this one lines up as a % of redeemed vs total allotted. I have to think the Scooby Doo line will have a low redemption based on how the drop went and the total size of the line. That one will really be interesting to see.

That's what worries me. There isn't really a way to trade without one person trading first and hoping the 2nd person does, right? I guess it's like a physical Pop! trade at that point and maybe paying each other with Paypal first is best?

Yeah I'm in a few NFT Discord groups and there are lots of people in there who are more interested in the NFT's. Also this person had several sets so they were happy to trade and help me out. Initially people said I could get $2,000+ for it but I wanted to hold it at the time.

Yeah I always check the catalog before I decide on purchasing any nft set. It gives me an idea if I can even afford to go for it.

Lucky to snag two premium packs during the drop.

Was contemplating whether to open or to trade it to other NFTs that I need in other sets for the Royalty, but today, felt a sudden urge to rip them, and boy, it didn’t dissapoint, lady luck was in my favor!
