My order slightly before the Penny one did ship out and I got it in a day. Walmart really messed up, but it was a win for some of us.

I ordered 4/5 (missed Sheldon) for in-store pick-up and all are set to arrive 7/16 .. so Tuesday, or 3 days before sale date. So not too bad actually.. and saved on shipping. :freddy2:

I feel like walmart is a miserable place to go pop hunting. They are terrible at inventory things and I feel like they don't put a lot of effort into their pop section at all.

Congrats, that's awesome! There's hope for the rest of us!! I can't wait to see that Raj in person! The episode was on reruns tonight, so I watched, and laughed the whole 1/2 hour through! Just know that the pop will make me smile every time I see it!

Tragedy!! My shipment of 3 came today, super excited. The box looks good, so I'm thinking I'm safe! I open the box, and there's a TON of padding in the box. I'm safe, right???

Nope! Leonard is fine, Howard's fine. Raj has to have been damaged being pulled and placed in the box, the back of the box is caved in/warped. SIGH!!! My only consolation here is that it'll look fine in a pop protector facing out. But grr.....! :evil:

So close, and once again...so far!

On the flip side though - pretty cool to get these pops before I'm even at SDCC!

Just got my order in from Walmart. I've had some bad orders from them with the box coming in damaged, but luckily they came in minty fresh $\:D/$ $\:D/$

Both of the ones I ordered came in with badly pushed in fronts because they over packed the package with over filled air pouches. Sigh.

I got my order of 3 for delivery today, pickups were available yesterday but I didn't have time to go over there. Going tomorrow to get them, then I'll have all 5 for my mom's BFF heh

I know, right?! It’s ironic that what they used to protect the pops damages them.

I didn’t bother ordering anymore today, I’m not giving Walmart any more money. I will just OOB Raj and Leonard and that’ll be enough.

Nope. I went to two Walmarts that the website said the pops were in-stock, but neither could find it nor had any idea about it. Was hoping to cover my butt and get the two I need in-person, since my online orders have not been updated at all yet.

Plus, my Bazinga T-Shirt order for store pickup was cancelled too.

Besides not getting the pops, I wouldn't be missing Walmart if they went out of business.

As you can tell I am a Big Bang Theory fan. I just want to say that these Pops are from Season 4, Episode 11, "The Justice League Recombination." The Walmart site describes them as "Justice League Halloween", when in fact, the episode was about the comic book store's New Years Eve party.

The pops are great, but where is Zack aka. Superman?

Agreed, Superman is really needed in this set. Was hopeful he was going to be a late announcement, even a con only would have been fine if that meant it existed haha

No. I even checked the store that the website said had them in-stock.

BTW, one of my Walmart orders came thru. Picked up my Penny Pop and it was mint. Came in a box...Whew!

Found the display today, was so happy! I was able to track down a store that said in stock on the app yesterday. Got there and saw a shipper with a sticker that says SDCC do not display until 7/19 so I asked when it would be put out and he said 7 so I was back at 6:30 am the next day lol

got first dibs on everything

My buddy just texted me.. said he found a store that is supposed to have it in stock according to the app and is there right now. He said they went and looked in the back for about 10 minutes and cant find the boxes haha

It's looking maybe there maybe Funko did get mad at Walmart for selling the SDCC exclusives. Have seen a lot of people complain that their Walmarts are recalling the pops because a dispute between Funko and Walmart. Has this happened to anyone here?

I went to the local Walmart this afternoon trying to find a Loot Llama for my nephew. They had a Funko exclusive display with 20 or so of the BBT Pops. No llamas. The majority of the Pops were damaged. I mean ripped, shredded, stomped on damage. I did find an acceptable Raj and went up to the self-checkout register. When I scanned the item, I got a pop-up that stated that an "associate" would be right over to see me. She told me that the item had been recalled and it was not to be sold. She explained to me that sometimes things are recalled, you know like lettuce. So, I responded, if it has been recalled, then why is it out to be sold? So, she called a supervisor over and he also had no idea what was going on, but I couldn't buy the item. So, I went home empty-handed.

So, something strange is going on...
