I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels that way. The Funko fan in me is stoked!

But the Pokémon fan in me is a little weirded out that they didn’t give bulbasaur his signature red eyes.

I wouldn’t mind a shiny variant for all the Pokémon releases.

Would be even cool if they did female and male variants for some others especially venusaur with the female having a seed at the top of the flower

I am so excited for this one. So many pokemon pops they can make, but I think they have to have the four basic ones of pikachu, squirttle, bulbasaur, and charmander. I might have to get this one.

Exactly. There is a photoshop picture on Reddit with the Red eyes and it looks so much better. Funko blew it IMO

Besides the POP being a shiny variant, we would also need a special box sleeve as well to distinguish it being shiny.

Ohhh...maybe use that holographic substrate that they used for the cards for the box for the shiny variants? @__@

With other lines I'll buy a whole set of like 5 or 6 pops and then a few months later there will be 5 or 6 more to buy and it's just too overwhelming.

I don't think we're gonna see all 809 (!!!) pokemon, so it's probably only gonna be the more popular ones. I'm thinking starters, the eeveelutions, the legendaries, and maybe a few that are just really well-known outside of the franchise, like Magicarp and Sorlax.
