Just a question: is there a schedule for release of the park exclusive pops?

Re: Disneyland pops
I’ve never seen a schedule for them. They’re fairly random although sometimes they are tied into anniversaries/events that have to do with Disney. I think Figment and Orange Bird were for special events at Disneyworld/Epcot Center.

Re: Disneyland pops
Usually you know a week or 2 before hand but that's the closest thing I've seen to a schedule. I also haven't seen any recent exclusives now that I think about it
Current Top 5 According to PPG 1) SDCC Headless Ned 2) SDCC Metallic Toy Story Alien 3) SDCC Jax Teller 4) Giant Maleficent 5) SDCC Metallic Red HulkI'm just a dog chasing his tail, I don't know what I would do if I actually caught it

Yea, I believe they are just random. No real schedule or regulated release dates. At most its like a few days notice.

As others have echoed no real definite news. Most of them have gotten easier to get. Gold collector for example sat for a while at stores. Orange bird wasn't too hard to get post release. Figment as well.

I don't think there is a release schedule. We just get an announcement some number of weeks in advance.

I'm not super hardcore into Disney items, but I know there are websites/message board equivalents that have advance information, much like our own Funko Funatic Forum. The one I know of is called Theme Park Insider. Hope that helps.

Re: Disneyland pops
Will they still release their exclusives on the Shop Disney Parks app? I know they did in the past, but don't think I've seen it on the past few.

Some are available through the app, and some are not. IIRC Figment and Indy's Ride were available through the app, but Abominable Snowman and the Collector were not. It seems like they're not giving much advance notice for Disney Parks releases, I think they usually leak a week or so before release now.

I wish their park release were sold in local malls that have a Disney store. That would be fair for the ones who are unable to attend Disneyland during drop day.

Closest thing you will get next, Disney Park wise, is the Metallic Toy Story Toy Soldier as some pics have showed Toy Story Land sticker.
Love to Collect the 80s stuff. Also chasing the OG Rocky Set. First Funko Purchase was 2012 SDCC.

I was about to mention the Abominable Snowman. That was a true park exclusive with some lining up required.

I don't believe there is a formal schedule but announcements are typically made the week of release

Like others have said, just keep an eye out. There really isn't a schedule, but we will know a few weeks in advance.

I've always wondered... do they actually let you sleep outside the park to line up for this? And then you just power walk to the store once the park opens?

They actually allowed us to line up outside the gates, and stay overnight. When the park opened everyone stayed in the order that they lined up in. It was pretty organized.

I need to stay more up to date on Disneyland releases in general. It seems like every trip I take there is a line of some sorts at one of the little shops on Main Street. I remember getting my SHAG prints years ago in a similar way. Disney collecting can be a challenge.

There is no schedule, but it has been a while since we have had a Disney Parks release. I feel something may come soon with Pixar Pier in the works. The Box Lunch metallic Army Man, I think, is just something to hold us over till then.
This be Aud, o2thedbld, odd!

Definitely Pixar Pier. They will take every opportunity to capitalize on the reopening!

The Jolly Roger with Pirate Ship Dorbz ride was the last Park exclusive, and that was mid April. Though it was (still is I believe) for sale at Disney Springs also, which is outside of the park. Disney World not Disney Land, but still...

It has been nice having a few days notice about a Disney Parks release. Definitely enough time for me to request off from work. It also helps having an annual pass due to the craziness of D Street. Now that it’s gone, I wonder if these will truly be inside the parks exclusive. Best of luck to everyone.

Or you could be like me and upload your consciousness into the Internet to monitor all sites for anything Funko related. This way I will never miss a drop again. I haven't figured out how to get out of the Net and back into my body yet, the packages at my door are piling up...

I think they put everything at Wonderground now, along with the Park as well, of course. It's right next to where D Street used to be.
