He will definitely restock online. Remember how hard Juggernaut was to get and now you see him on many shelves. Not to mention the movie just came out this week so expect the stores to stock very soon and restocks to come along. Also, try checking stores here and there, I returned my extra the other day so its not too far-fetched to say that someone will probably do the same.

I was also leaning towards evilbay because right now im just waiting for one to pop up on offerup because my local Walmart is terrible at exclusives and I have no idea if he was or ever will be online
