I hope they don't cancel it this year. My hotel is really close to Spreckles so it'd be real easy for me to hop in line

I think as the weekend went on they didn't even have tickets for some ticket holders that went a little later to pick them up, even though they told them they could pick up their tickets any time in a certain time range.

I have tried three years in a row for Conan, but have never been selected. I barely want to spend the time if I did get in, so I definitely wouldn't do the standby line. I got a couple of the Pops the year that they did the lineup at MGH, so I am happy with those (love my Joker Conan!). I don't think I will even try this year. I still hope he does them, I think's it's a cool promotion.

If you plan on camping out for the standby line, be prepared. A few years ago, I got in line at 5:45am and was the 160th or so person in line. They only needed roughly 30 or so people and sent the rest of us away. There were people in line around 11pm the night prior.

Yeesh, feels like it's getting worse and worse every year. Two years ago, I was told if you got there by 4am and you were still gold. I got there a little before that and got in. Seems like no chance of that this year.

I am a firm believer in never posting online when you/people got in line or when you/people plan to get in line, or when you/people all got in line the year before. All it does is encourage people to get inline earlier and next thing you know a line for a few hours is now a few days.

Oh for that you have to get there by a certain time and even then, the earlier you get there the better chance you have of getting seated closer to the stage.

I don't think that makes me not nice at all. I have also gone a long time (since that seems to be an important factor, however I don't think how long you are into something is). If you knew me you would know that I go above and beyond to help people have a great con. However, I am also cautious of what I post publicly and how I help people privately. I think a lot of what we tend to think of as be helpful can really be harmful in the long run. It was just food for thought.

It was great. It made for good comedy, but there was a few seconds where I did wonder if he was ever gonna stop...and then I was like, keep going. It was a conflicting moment.

The vibe of the place is fantastic. So electrifying. Just a great place to be during con. WOuld be sad to miss out this year. Hopefully I can get my hands on one. Camping out now is way too hard. So just going to chance it on the lottery.

Yeah they screwed it up. I think it was Thursday taping, never in my entire life have I seen such a long line. It was nuts. I think it was mixed with standby and ticket pickup.

Deadpool conan makes sense. So does a Han. They usually are in line with the recently or soon to be released shows/films.

I’ve been to quite a few of these, they are always great. The only thing I wish would change would be the band opening, it is always the same exact set every time. They must get sick of playing that everyday.
