I customize pops by adding glitter to them on a regular basis and I've got to say nothing beats the handcrafted work.

NOPE! Went to buy it and passed. It's "okay", not as bad as Ursula. But then the $14.50 price. I crossed my fingers and toes that they didn't do Snow White's hair on Mickey. Yup, they did. You can't tell online. To me the glitter on black is just terrible.

I think it looks good in person too. I like it a lot. I was on the fence until I saw it in person. I have to say though, it is best if you can go through the full inventory. My hot topic had fifty or so and there was only two of us there. I was able to go through and pick what I thought was the best one.

Also got a dopey chase while I was there.

Used my hot cash today to pick up this Mickey. It's the first one of the series that I've actually bought for myself and not as a gift for somebody else. It's super cute in person!! And very sparkly.

I think I only saw 3 at my HT though. Not sure if that's normal. When they had other diamond series Pops, I'm pretty sure they had more than 3 of each.

Picked mine up yesterday. They said they got 36 in, which seems low.
I know they got at least 50 in, for some of the other disney diamond pops. Maybe they held some back for online sales, since this is the first time I can recall that it was available online and in-store at the exact same time.

Only if the face was not glittered. I think this mickey would be perfect. It’s just weird to see glitter on the face, especially when there’s two color. The dumbo was fine because he was solid color; whereas, Ursula looked like a drag queen with too much glitter. Snows white and Belle looks perfect without glitter on the face. Just my two cents.

Yeah, something about Ursula was just too much. I think it looked more chunked on. But Mickey is fine with me. I think since the glitter doesn't seem so chunky, Mickey still looks very cute.

TBH: they're quite an eye sore. The glitter is EVERYWHERE, even on places where it doesn't make sense, like on the hair (Snow White). The glitter is clumpy on some parts and not on others. Just IMO, they could've done much better and definitely upped QC on them.

It is, but I’m not sure how tight they’re sticking to non-Disney, i.e. if they mean it’s just not traditional Disney or it’s not any Disney property at all.
