SNL Pops?
Do you think that would be a good idea. I had that idea just now and I thought it could be neat. I would like to see Wayne and Garth, Stefon, John Belushi Samuri among others

Re: SNL Pops?
There was a line of SNL figures put out many, many years ago. I don't think it did very well. It would be interesting to craft a lineup, however.
People tend to think that the SNL they grew up with was the best there ever was, and someone who wants to collect 'Crazed Bass-o-matic Pitchman' might not know who Stefon is or why he's always giggling about midget.
Fred Garvin, Male Prostitute, however, is transcendent.

Re: SNL Pops?
Yeah, I'd pick up an Amy Poehler and Tina Fey Weekend Update set. But I can't think of anything/anyone else I'd like to see in Pop form. There are surely a lot of characters that would do well, though, even if it's not my cup of tea. Tinamy, though... Love them so much.

Re: SNL Pops?
I think they would have to be of famous recurring characters, and not the actual people (maybe exception to weekend update people). Even then, I don't think I'd be that interested in it, as much as I love SNL.

I would be all over certain figures and have mentioned as such before. Steffon most definantly. Also Jacob the Barmitzvah Boy and Jebadiah Atkinson

I was so excited when I saw that they were doing Stefon! Can't wait to get that one.
One sketch I would love as a "moment" would be Amy Poehler and Josh Brolin doing the I'm No Angel skit! One of my favorites. I know they aren't planning anything like that, but it would be hilarious!
In case you aren't familiar (I am sure it's on Youtube, too)

I’m happy that Funko decided to do the D*^> In A Box pops. Thought they might not because it’s bit “risqué.”

Still can't believe they're doing D in a box. I try to stay away from Television Pops but I will be purchasing them.
