*Long time lurker, First time poster*
I was able to order one on the Target app this morning. I like the new "Notify Me" feature, where if something is out of stock, a bullseye appears in your notifications when it's back in stock. I am hoping the hammer is not broken though.

Was in line for Target this morning right at opening, no one was with me. Right when it opened a group of people just came out of nowhere and literally ran past me and booked it to the toy section and grabbed all three. Super frustrating and disheartening. I really hate Target exclusives. I can't find Hela anywhere and now Hulk was actually grabbed from right it front of me it feels like. I hope I can eventually grab it online maybe...

I'm sorry that happened to you. It sucks that people don't even have basic manners anymore. If you don't mind taking a chance online, I would say keep checking the app (especially between 4-8 am EST), and use that "Notify Me" feature.

Called the Target near me and they were all sold pretty quick. The guy said even a couple of them had broken hammers inside but were still sold. I'm hoping to get lucky with an online order since I don't want to run around town all day trying to track them down.

I went to Target this morning and around after 9 and to my surprise there were around 7 available. I did see a Father with his son carrying 2 of them. One of the Hulks that I noticed had a broken hammer.

Went to pick mine up, 6 there in front of me. All had been ruined (for ITB) with a box cutter. One had a broken hammer.

Then went to the other target (known liars about stock) of course said they didn't have it even though I told them the other store confirmed it.

The guy lied before though and I caught him on it so this is nothing new there.

That's quite awful sorry that happened to you. I would have thought by now, or even as common courtesy, if there was a line up outside, a Target employee would come outside to ask what people are here for.

It might be annoying but maybe try again later. Ask someone else, or try to talk to customer service. Sometimes they can have an actual stock person in the backroom find it. I find that to be effective sometimes! Other times I deal with the same thing. It's in stock but nobody knows where it is etc. Or they do know and are being shady. Good luck.

I ordered one online for my brother for Christmas so I didn't bother trying to hunt one down in store this weekend when they all were stocked. Just saw the backordered email. Still expected to get to me before Christmas, but now i am a little nervous about it. Hopefully didn't miss out on the opportunity if they cancel

Yeah that is why if I see him working I go back if I can. Also how I know he lies to people. The other employees don't care and will sell it anyone. Not sure what his deal is. I know he does it to other people. Maybe that is what gives him joy in life.

He walked me over to the Funko section even though I said they weren't there and he then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any in back and that the stock checker must have been wrong because he told a guy earlier that they didn't have them. He was really fishy, especially since I was there before the store opened and unless someone called in, there was no way someone else was asking about these. He didn't seem too interested in talking through it anymore so I proceeded to leave. I had a funny feeling it was BS though so on my way out, I asked another worker to look them up. She found them in the system and said that they have them in the back. They only had two left so I snatched the best one and was on my way. Glad my BS radar was up and working this AM.

He is beyond awesome! Even better than I thought he'd be. I originally wasn't a fan of this being the 10" mold and even though I would have still preferred a more basic mold for the XL Hulk, this is one badass Pop!!

OMG this could have been me writing your post. I went 30 miles to Hadley MA after seeking not limited, but "in stock". Walked me over, none in back yada yada. Add a dude # 2, then a dude # 3. The only difference was that their excuse was that the IN store system is more accurate than Target web site. Yet dude # 1 slipped and said handheld showed 4! So no Hulk for me today. Gonna just ebay one and pay the best price I can get.

I hunt at Target pretty frequently, it happens ALL THE TIME!! I usually ask the person at the electronics for assistance and if they don't help then go ask someone else. Also If you go at opening and there are still boxes on the floor waiting to be stocked onto store shelves, go check them. These should be fairly easier to find because they don't come in assortment boxes of 15. Best of luck! still have yet to find another one without a cut line

Similar but not so similar issue at the store I was at.

So we got to the store, asked the guest services at the front to check, they had someone check the DCPI, then they asked someone to check the back, and they said nothing. There was one behind the counter we saw we were 100% certain it was being held for an employee which is okay I guess since they got 9 total but they were lying and saying it was from an online order 5 days ago (this was less than 24 hours of it being up online, also the name on the Hulk matched the manager's name). So we went to another store and they said they didn't have any left, but the store we just came from had 5. We went back to the original store, talked to someone else at guest service counter and he pretended to know nothing about the Hulks, he asked his manager near the checkouts about the Hulk and about the one behind the counter and he came back and said "okay we can sell you the Hulk but we only have broken hammer ones." He literally stepped 1 foot to the side and picked up 3 Hulks that were on the floor behind the guest services desk. From my level (I am not tall) I could not see anything on the floor but I could see the totes for returns on the floor against the back wall.

I believe the online stock checker is quite accurate. I am guessing In Stock means 3+, and limited quantities is 1 or 2. Keep checking everyone!

I check online and show on stock in a Target in my area and talk to a employee and he doesn't even check in the stock room. He just told me to check in the Funko section because all the Funko figure is what we have. That is not customer service.

Are we the same person? Haha. This exact thing happened to me. And I also wasn't a fan of this 10" mold originally, but now I love it!

The only thing I will add is that when I was hunting for a non-broken-hammer one, a couple of the employees did show me their screens when they looked up the DPCI, and it said '0 in back, 3 on hand' for one store and '0 in back, 9 on hand' for another. Both employees said that being 'on hand' only meant they may or may not have it, since it's the 'in back' that counts. That was hard for me to process at first, as I took having something 'on hand' as pretty literal, but once I calmed down from what seemed like a BS explanation, I realized that it most likely meant a certain # had been designated/shipped to/arriving at/had arrived at that particular store but had not even made its way to the back shelves yet, let alone the floor shelves. So basically, they were on the truck in the loading dock or something. At least I could go to bed with that explanation.

In the middle of the night, I saw that they were eligible for shipping and pickup at the store with the '9 on hand' inventory, and I ordered 2 just in case 1 of them was broken again, only to be met with a 'your pickup order could not be fulfilled' email when the store opened. I called BS and went there anyway, knowing their screen said 9 was on the way and they still pretended they didn't know. Then we spot a perfect one on the counter, which we took. The employee then rushed over to 'check if it was available for sale', not knowing that I wouldn't have cared what he came back with. It was not being sold to any other customer, they were not holding any for pickup for online orders, and he would've needed to pry it from my kung-fu grip. ESPECIALLY if he was just checking with another employee whether they had wanted for themselves.

TL:DR don't trust what they tell you. Ask to see their DPCI screen to really get an understanding of what's actually back there so you don't waste your time.

That's funny! Went to Target the other day and there were 4 of them 1 with broken hammer and 1 bad box. Was able to get one for me and one to help out someone in the group. Luckily he comes down this way every month or so and picks his stuff up from a friend so he doesn't have to pay for shipping because this thing is heavy.

I ordered one online and within 24 hours I received an email from Target telling me it was cancelled. I guess my only luck might be finding it at a local store. Also I have heard that there are a lot of issues with the hammer breaking off inside the box during shipment to the customers house. So finding it a the store might be the best bet for a safe HULK. I guess the Hulk should have been wielding Thor's hammer. We all know that would not have broken off.

Just want to make sure I'm in good shape...those with the broken hammer, you could tell without opening it, right? Mine looks ok, but in just want toake sure. I will probably take him out of th e box tonight just in case. I'll open it eventually anyway.
