Your display, the Funko way!

I started collecting Funko products almost 4 years ago. My main focus was and still is The Walking Dead. Here is my most recent display of TWD pieces. I’ve added a few more. This is the entire standard collection along with a handful of customs I made!

Neat, are you just using the boxes for the 2nd layer?

Yup! Just have to be careful tho. Over time they can kinda collapse a little.

So, I finally displayed all of my Doctor Who. It's no where near perfect. The spacing isn't even with the picture, and the shelves for my villian case is horrid. But I didn't work on a flat surface for that one. That was my bad.

Oh, and, of course..the flash.




I don't have much space for much more Doctor Who, but it's one of my favorite sets! I can't wait to get the First Doctor. =o]

I'm SUPPOSED to get 3 new Ikea Detolf shelves that I ordered over a month ago, but they haven't even contacted me to deliver them yet. Makes me sad! I'm looking forward to playing with some more when the time comes. Itching to put up a Freddy shelf.

I've been thinking of using the bat displays vertically & adding inner shelves too. I've got some funky space constraints.

Any tips on how you did it? I'm thinking balsa board cut to fit & a simple metal bracket under each one. But I'd love to know how you did it!

I actually bought some wood squares that were like 4"x3" at Hobby Lobby in the wood-making aisle. They were $2.99 for a pack of 8. I painted them and then glued one long and one short side to the bat case. I'm actually pleased with how they fit and everything. I couldn't find crap at Michael's that would fit. . I tried cutting some wood myself, but, I suck. The edges were too rough for my liking.

That's not to say that I do save my boxes properly and store them away in case a cool trade pops up, but I can honestly say that I don't see myself doing that with any of the figures on this wall.

I couldn't fit the trains in the Detolf, so I'm going to make a separate display with the trains and the Rock Candy. Going to put my Fantastic Beasts set in the bottom shelf, can't wait to play with them!

Agree--looks like you have some nice art that you'll be able to incorporate into your collection display someday. Have to say that I believe you're doing the right thing...that is, collecting what you are able and what you like first, and then focusing on the ultimate form of your display later. The "final" form your display takes will develop over time. It's more important in my opinion to get your more desired Pops! out of the way earlier rather than later, if possible. Keep doing what you're doing; the rest will come; and we'll be looking forward to seeing how your display evolves when you're ready. Most funatics know that with time "small collections" become bigger collections. Stay focused. Stay the course .

That's awesome! I thought it was just a banner pic. I'm trying to do funko lines on individual shelves and like a poster, comic or something to be the backdrop.

I got out all of my Freddy/Funko collection (although it's missing some cool stuff I just want to stuff in there I have to figure out room for) and my Disney Parks collection!





Saving room for Mr. Toad's Ridez and the second It's A Small World Ridez when it comes out. And then I hope Disney Parks slows down. .

I do have Jolly Roger & Wicked Wench, but I'm going to display them with the rest of the Pirates of the Caribbean collection and a movie poster.

Still have one more Detolf to build! It'll hold only Game of Thrones, though.
