Bob Ross, Bruce Lee, and bunch of Rock Pops. I can't think of any others who aren't still with us.

Meanwhile, Conan O'Brien, John Oliver, a TON of athletes, Paul Feig, Stan Lee, all three Rock the Vote Pops, Bryan Fuller, Elvira (she kinda counts), a bunch of OTHER Rock Pops, a bunch of wrestlers, and...I know we hate to include them, but the Duck Dynasty people count...and the Comic Book Men are ALL alive.

Personally, I'm still on board with the Directors idea. Stephen Spielberg, at least, deserves a Pop.

If they still have to be alive, as per the OP's question, you'd only have five options, with two of them not very memorable and perhaps forgotten (Carter and Bush Sr.), two more controversial ones (Clinton and Bush Jr.) and that leaves us with Obama.
It would, however, make for a kickass historical range of figures, and I'd applaud that for sure.
