Anyone else a little disappointed that phasma, flame trooper, and snow trooper look to be the same exact molds, but with new Last Jedi boxes?

From the outside, it just seems lazy. I understand there might be more going on, as maybe Phasma has a bigger role in TLJ, and they didn't want Funko to spoil it; hoping that's the case It seems better to just hold them back in that case? Picture below for comparison.

I get why people are disappointed in this, and it does feel like a cash grab, but I'm just really happy they used the same numbers. This way, as a SW completist, I can skip them!

We got in our Pops at work and I was so tempted to dig through them to see if there's a chase but I don't care about the Porg that much yet If all goes well I'll buy at least one or two of the commons from work tomorrow after I get off and hopefully I can get Leia and DJ.

I hope the Leia Pop is easy to come by in the UK. Walmart exclusives don't always make it over here. I'm also disappointed there's not a new, perhaps unmasked, Phasma (maybe after the film comes out if indeed we do see her without the mask)

Apart from that, I think I'll be heading to the Disney Store tomorrow to see what I can pick up from the commons

Seeing the full scope helped me narrow it down. I already have the commons on preorder, so just the Leia and Praetorian Guards beyond that for me. Maybe the flocked Chewie if I can snag online.

The new boxes are an interesting look but it's not enough for me to go hard for any of these. Would I love a Porg chase or that Flocked Chewy from FYE sure but none of this is to die for so I'm cool. Now I can save my money for NYCC!!! Hopefully they've saved a couple of nice Star Wars for there!

I saw on Yahoo there's going to be an animatronic Porg (for like $40). I kinda think this might be the tickle-me-elmo/furby for this year. But we'll see!!

I will definitely get Leia, maybe Snoke and probably one of the Praetorian Guards. Other than that none of these are super interesting to me. I also despise Porgs. They are just flat out Ugly and I don't get the appeal.

There are definitely pros and cons to this line. I am excited to go out before midnight for the first time and get some exclusives so that's a plus. The con is the repackaging of certain pops. I know funko has the creativity to make something really cool, so just a little weird. I am team Porg though; they are cute in a weird way, just like the Funko monsters.

I saw 5-6 of the Walmart Leia today after work but wasn't able to check out with her yet since she is still restricted I may or may not have "hidden" a Leia or 2 just in case

I wish the open mouth Porg was not a Chase. I hate having to contend with people who have no interest (or disdain when it comes to certain things) buying things because they want to flip or care about rarity.

Someone in a group I'm in posted a photo from Manila where they had a ton of Porg chases out. Given how ubiquitous they seem to be making Porgs (in general), I'd be surprised if this doesn't wind up being a somewhat easier chase. The flocked one at HT though...maybe a different story.
