I had 11 and didn't get any of the supporting cast. Somehow 120 pops were gone with less than 120 entering to purchase

Realistically expecting them to actually sell all 120 is not realistic at all.
Just like when you see a limited number of SDCC exclusives sell out and then see Funko giving one away on social media. they didn't make extra to give away, they took out the giveaways before selling any.
Same thing with special holds. Ya think Kevin Smith and the Stash guys didn't get one? Of course they did.

I heard the VIP thing was going on at the Pop up shop here during SDCC. I'm sure they have to take care of the fans. I'm cool with it. But it does make it hard sometimes. Definitely hard to wait 2 days for these things some times. And I'm getting too old to sleep on streets. Haha.

Has anyone been able to confirm the people that had the 10am slot were able to get the LE 120 ones? Been hearing they were gone before they even got in. Like a special group snapped them all up before the public.

What happened was they only had shelf space for like 30 of each of the Comic Book men (except Kevin Smith who had like 50-60) at a time.

So obviously, the first wave of people snatched them up and it seemed like they were sold out.... but if you were patient they eventually restocked.

I went and got my Bryan Johnson POP! signed but somehow it didn't end up going home with me. I think I accidentally just got distracted while they were signing it and left without taking it with me. Error on my part, I hope who ever ends up with it enjoys it. He customized it to me, so that makes it pretty funny...hope who ever got it can take the sharpie off.

HQ was super awesome. The thing about LE 120 is that if you weren't in the 10am slot, you pretty much would not get them. They put almost everything out on the floor and restocked it as it was being bought up. I was lucky enough to have three signed comic book men before i even exited HQ . Kevin Smith was awesome and went into HQ and signed a bunch of random Kevin Smith pops. Then all of a sudden Mike and Ming popped in there and started signing pops that everyone handed them.

When Kevin says that the Stash will have some available later in the year, I wonder if he means that they will be Stash exclusive versions or if they will be a wide release that is just also sold at the Stash?

I want the Kevin, Walt and Bryan Pops pretty bad. I am a much bigger fan of Walt and Bry's podcast Tell 'Em Steve Dave than I am of Comic Book Men.

The 1 pm crew of course got everything except the 120 pcs. And emerald Freddy but that's okay. Because the experience and just being there tbh. Was well worth it. For me of course I can't speak for others

Although I wasnt able to grab the other comic book men in the 11am group, I am still glad they did something super limited. I feel like it keeps the chase alive and adds the the excitement. All in all, the grand opening was SO much fun and the store was jaw-dropping!

Man, some of these stories that are going around I was in the 10:00 group. Most people I spoke with in the 10:00 group did get the whole set although like Scott said, they had to keep restocking the shelves so it took some patience. I was at the very front of the line and as we were waiting we did see a lot of people coming out of the store with bags of Pops. I would guess somewhere between a dozen and 20 people. Most of them sat down in the chairs in front of the stage after leaving the store, so clearly they were VIPs. One of the other people in line said they thought they were Brian's family. I peeked in a few bags as they walked by and mostly saw commons, so I doubt they were there just to loot all the rarities. If you're related to the CEO of Funko I doubt you have a need to be flipping stuff on eBay

I need to stop looking at ebay today. Some of the listings are getting to me a little bit because 99% sure a few of them are from people on this forum and have asked for help with various events they couldn't make it to and are now just trying to make a quick buck. Not gonna go any further into it, I'd rather keep a positive mindset about it.

VIPs were also let in as well - which were buying the pops too. When we got inside, I thought it was all funatics too and we were trying to help by passing a few back since it was a huge crowd and a few guys (don't know who they are) got extremely upset about it. I was just trying to help since I thought it was all funatics but I guess once we got inside that all changed. Technically every one in the 10am session should have gotten one of everything. I didn't get one of the comic book men but that was my fault because I miss counted and I didn't double check.

That actually happened to a person in front of me as well. I was wondering if they had already run out. When I got up there I asked the cashier and she was like "oh yeah, I keep forgetting about those!" Everything was so frantic in there I bet many people didn't even think to ask. But that one was a high priority for me, I was not leaving without it

I missed one as well, I think it was Walt. I didn't know how many there were. Before I checked out I asked Brooke (NCDS) if there were 4 and she was the one that told me there were actually 5!!! We compared Pops and figured out which one I was missing and I got back just as they were restocking and grabbed him. I also nearly missed the robot Freddy, which is crazy because he was one that I really wanted. But in all the craziness it was hard to remember what all the exclusives were. I pulled up the Funko Blog on my phone to review the exclusives and realized I was missing the robot dude, so I was able to grab one before checking out.
