I can tell you that the Lizard case contains two Doc Ocks.

One of my GameStops had a fresh case, so I bought four boxes. Wound up with Lizard, Gwen, Vulture and Scarlet Spider. (I already had Spider-man, Venom and Rhino from the previous day.) I was planning on hitting up other GameStops to get more, but I realized I'd have better luck not pulling duplicates if I just bought another four from the same case. I immediately discounted the remaining heavy box because I knew it was Venom, and I got Goblin, Black Cat and the two Doc Ocks. This means that I left behind the two Spideys, Venom and whatever character was in the 1/24 or 1/36 slot.

Gah, I didn't realize there were so many exclusives of these. I just bought a case at Gamestop with their buy 3 get 1 deal. Not sure if it was a fresh case or not though because it didn't seem to fit the patterns reported here.

Just saw a picture of a walmart box. Unmasked Gwen is 1/72, Iron Spidey is 1/36, Hob is 1/24. Raises my hopes of scoring a Hob eventually.

Unfortunately it looks like there are no consistent layouts, and there are 6 different box types. It makes it a bit hard to grab certain ones.

Especially when all the figures are roughly the same size so you can't even try to use the scale because everything is within a couple grams of each other lol

Here is what I've been able to gather by looking at what people (myself included) have pulled from the same case. All cases have the same figures for the first 9 slots: the six 1/12 figures, spider-man x2, and a doc ock. From what I gather there are six possibilities for the last three slots:

Lizard / Sandman / Doc Ock
Silk / Kraven / Spider-Woman
Miles / Sandman / Spider-Woman
Miles / ??? / Doc Ock
Rhino / Kraven / Spider-Woman
Rhino / ??? / Doc Ock

The two unknowns are a sandman and a kraven. The question is whether Kraven always goes with Rhino and Sandman with Miles (which would be nice), or if the other combinations are possible. Hopefully I'll see a case opening online or something that can clear this last bit up.

I'm hoping the Walmart/Target cases follow the same set-ups, only with three of the figures swapped for exclusives. If so, it should be at least somewhat helpful in getting the sclusies without buying too many dupes.

I actually don't mind that Target and Walmart are getting the exclusives. They are usually cheaper there, they tend to get in more cases, and weighing minis isn't even in the top quartile of trashiest behavior going on at Walmart at any given time.

So, by that logic, which the more I read the more I think is looking totally accurate, you cannot get all three exclusives in one case.

Good to know I left Sandman behind. He's already dipping below $10 on eBay, so he'll be easy to get down the road. I'd have been bummed if it was Miles.

I forgot to mention: Venom and Lizard were on the top level of the case in the middle spots on each side. Not sure which was which, and also not sure if anyone at GameStop futzed with the layout, but I'm commenting this just in case anyone wanted to know. The previous day when I got Rhino and Venom out of a different case at a different GameStop, they were on different levels. So if these are the actual case layouts, you'll be able to tell if you have a Lizard case or a Rhino case by paying attention to the locations of the heavy boxes.

I read this and thought "At least people don't go that far around here" and then I stopped at Walmart on the way home from work and saw an open R&M mini and another with a smashed box in the case.

I'm waiting till way more of these start to show up on eBay before even bothering to check Walmart again. So far, there's only one Iron Spider shipping from Arizona.

After collecting an army of Venoms, I finally pulled a rhino. Just need kraven and hobgoblin and I'll be a happy guy. Not too hopeful for hobgoblin though lol

I've had nothing but excellent luck with these!!! All of them are from the singular case my GameStop got in. Picked up Venom on Monday, the other four in front on Wednesday, the four in back today....no dupes! So of the three left behind, I'm assuming there's one each of Doc Oc and Spider-Man and I left behind an extremely light one which is prob either Gwen or Black Cat. May go back tomorrow and grab that one if it's still there (considering I'm the only person to have bought any so far, it probably will be).

Tried my luck with three more in the hopes of pulling silk, kraven, spider woman, or rhino. Pulled all dupes...spiderman, doc ock, and sandman.

Still need those four, plus the store exclusives. I'm debating buying a case if I come across these at walmart or target. I know I'll end up with dupes, but it might be cheaper in the end for the exclusives.

These look so good! I just have really bad luck trying to find the ones I want in these blind boxes. But they are definitely super addicting! I love all things Spider-Man so I may just have to try and look for these.

I bought another box from the same case I've been buying from at GameStop and got a Doc Ock dupe. Since I already had gotten a Miles and a Sandman from this case, I'm now fairly certain the possibilities for the rare slots in regular cases are:

Lizard / Sandman / Doc Ock
Silk / Kraven / Spider-Woman
Miles / Sandman / Spider-Woman
Miles / Sandman / Doc Ock
Rhino / Kraven / Spider-Woman
Rhino / Kraven / Doc Ock

I have no idea if the exclusive cases are set up the same way as the rare cases, with the exclusive figures swapped in. It seems probable to me, but we won't know for sure until people start getting their hands on Target and Walmart exclusive cases (hopefully in a week or so here). If it really is just a straight up swap, the exclusive case possibilities would be:

Unmasked Spiderman / Stealth Spiderman / Doc Ock
Silk / Kraven / Spider-Woman

Nice analysis. I'm really hoping they mix up the exclusives cases so that we have a better shot at getting two exclusives in one box (a 1/36 or 1/72 and the 1/24) but we shall see. They might want to spread out the exclusives more so that each store has a chance of at least one exclusive in the box.
