If you're not in the US, you can order from Popcultcha. Depends on whether you want the sticker.

Does Popcultcha only ship to Australia now, or do they ship to everywhere but the US?

Hot Topic always gets them. Remember the Joker with Kisses from February? That had a chase and its worth $70 still.
Store Exclusive Chases are very hard to find and super limited (obviously)

Maybe that's why I've never seen them. I barely even see regular Chases!

Hi TigerLily ... so D Street is in Downtown Disney outside the park but there is a security checkpoint to get in there?

Yes
Visitors on the resort's west side -- including those coming from Disneyland Hotel, the Downtown Disney parking lot, or the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure -- will go through security prior to reaching Downtown Disney or boarding the trams to the Anaheim theme parks,

Hi Tiger Lily. I got a hold of a nice person who works at Disneyland that gave me the scoop on Starbucks and I posted it. Thanks for all your help so we can get the word out to all Funatics.

Thank you for this list. I had also heard it would be sold in the Disneyland Park in the store next to the Pirate's ride. This is much better.

OMG. I want this so bad!
She looks amazing! She's going to be tough to get since she's a really popular villain.

Now to figure out where to park that early.
sdcccrasher wrote:OK Funatics ... the Starbucks at Downtown Disney (Disneyland) opens at 5:00 am. The security opens at 4:30 am from the Harbor Blvd. entrance next to the McDonalds. Go across Harbor to the checkpoint and you will then walk past the two theme parks to Downtown Disney. D street opens at 9:00 am and is next to Build-a-Bear.

I hear ya. I think the best is go up to the manager on duty at Mcdonalds or another restaurant and let him know you will be back sometime around 10:00 am
