New Tony Stark Holding Iron Man Helmet Pop!

So i found out a few days ago and just never got the chance to post it, but another another Tony Stark was sighted on what seems to be an Asian Convention Catalog. It was posted along with the rest of the Funko Spiderman: Homecoming lineup. I cropped the picture though so that you can see the new Tony Stark Pop more clearly, though it is still very pixelated.
So the real question is do you guys think he will show up in the final release of this line and do you think he will be an exclusive? And if so, where?

I see it more like he's palming a basketball. Still, I'm not a fan of the pops with baby head accessories. Especially Tony and the Punisher, because I really like everything else about those two pops otherwise.

Thanks for the clearer image. My thoughts are that it would be an exclusive or chase as well. Either way i am still going to get it. I just hope that they have some good Iron Man armored variants lined up for this series.

Now that you point that out, this is really weird . I guess this is really a toss up, because usually if its a chase they just use common box like you said but the front is a different design and the side is the common version. I don't even know if we can rely on the number of the box being "#226" because i remember where they have had glams of pops and the in the final product the number ended up being different. Hmm guess we will have to wait and see. But yeah i could see this being a chase, i just hope in the movie there actually is a scene where he holds his helmet and that this variation isn't just random.

Yup probably, which sucks but the normal Tony is still a normal release and if you ask me that one looks better and more in line with the movie

Exclusives don't always get announced at the same time. At least, I'm hoping it's an exclusive. I do find the tiny heads comical, but I still like it.

I like it. I agree that it's probably a chase. Unless the box art is wrong. Then it's probably an exclusive. If they made the helmet to scale it would look ridiculous. So I'm giving funko the benefit of the doubt. Nice find.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they always list the Chases when they make the blog post, but I could be wrong. Maybe he'll be a SDCC exclusive

I'm hoping whatever SDCC exclusive is coming out will be decently attainable and not an LE because that would suck as I didn't get in for open registration.

Someone posted a joke glam on IG of Punisher holding a Pop-sized Daredevil mask instead of the little one, it was a riot because it looked so stupid The little head though, it drives me crazy. I have a thing about stuff being in scale and proportional, I'm an old-school architect but I couldn't tell you if those things are important to me because I'm an architect or if I became an architect because those things were already important to me But my point wasn't that they should stick a gigantic mask/ helmet with him, I just personally think they shouldn't make these at all. But clearly a lot of others dig it so it's all good, I don't have to have EVERY Pop they make

Oh, sowwy. I guess there wasn't a solo announcement then, but for all we know Funko consider that the official announcement for the line, with the exclusives added later and no chase, since like others have said, they usually announce the chases with the rest of the line and I find it implausible that they have yet to make a full announcement of the line 4 weeks before the launch
