Opened mine and got 4 pinheads and a beatlejuice. 2 of the pinheads were dislodged and had their head resting on the window.... girlfriend thought it was the nose. I will most likely buy jason off of ebay and forget about alex.

I could not feel Alex's nose through the box but I could feel his hat on the backside, they tried to set him in deeper this time but that's how I found him. I also attribute my luck with good old Ludwig Van!

My pinhead dislodged from the insert as well but the bottom was sticking out making me think they put Alex in upside down. Pinhead has minor box damage but I'll take the good with the bad

Moving my post from "eye on web" to here...

Well, I did pretty good. Walked in the store the same time as 2 other guys (cool guys in a rock band) and we all went straight for the mystery pops and started squeezing, . We all had a good laugh and the employee was watching us and talking about how they're hard to tell what's in the box. So I got 2 and gave the guys a coupon I got yesterday for 15off50. I got 2 Jasons and was a bit bummed as everyone else had him too so no trades.
On my way home kept hearing (in my head) what the girl there said..."if you buy a case of 10 you're gonna get a chase".
Turned around and went back. was able to trade one of my Jasons for a pinhead from another employee and met another huge collector there that bought a ton who sold me Beetlejuice for $10. Also may have talked him into joining up here.
So, I missed out on Alex, but hope to score him on the secondary market.

My Pinhead was also dislodged and his head is a little wobbly, but he still stands so that's all that matters! I'm really happy because these were the 2 that I really wanted.

We went in and got one of each but no chase, and two extra pinheads that we though were Alex's nose. So still looking to grab Alex. Just a note to people searching for the nose that pinhead is the Heavy one and Alex is light.

Yeah, me too. I started out with 4 and got 3 pinheads and a jason. Another collector who had already pulled an alex hooked me up by finding another one. You can feel the hat in the back too. Should have thought of that. You can probably feel it on regular alex too. Total of six purchased, I got 4 pinheads, jason, and alex. If anyone wants to trade a beetleuice for a pinhead, let me know.

I woke up this morning all excited to head over to HT and pick up a couple boxes in search of Pinhead and Jason. The weather was perfect and got all work out of the way. I make my way to HT and start looking around for the mystery boxes. I don't see any, so I ask the worker and she tells me, "Oh, we didn't get any in yet."

Needless to say, I was less than pleased. I guess it's a good thing, though, because now I can wait for those who get duplicates and want to sell them.

So.....if anyone has both a Pinhead and a Jason that they'd like to sell, I'm looking to discuss that purchase please. Hit me up in PM. Thanks!

They told my girlfriend the same thing about the coupon. Honestly it is B.S. Those coupons are not a promotion like the buy 2 get 1... deals, and clearly say "off any putchase". She let it go and paid but I would have pressed the issue if I had been there.

Bought the first two I found and got my two faves, Pinhead and Beetlejuice! I never got around to getting either of their original pops so this worked out perfectly for my first mystery pop experience.

Im with u. Im extremely sick of the inconsistancies within the company. Especially when you can use the good coupons online with NO issue.

Also, for people feeling for Alex's nose try to look for an indent in the box (made by the nose). When you press hard enough in the right spot the nose actually puts an indent on the outside box that is clearly visible.

We bought 6, first was Pinhead and thought ok, Pinhead is pretty cool and gitd. Second one I opened from the bottom like a dummy. When I finally got it out it was Alex! Sweet I thought. 4 more boxes and should get at least one of Jason and Beetlejuice right...? Nope. Next was Jason then Pinhead-Jason-Pinhead. Sooooo... still need Beetlejuice so my girlfriend doesn't kill me and both HTs sold out by lunchtime yesterday. Lame. Anyone know how often HT restocks their Pops?
