While the ratios are definitely ugly, if we cross our fingers that the 1/6s are all next to one another like in previous sets, in theory this should be roughly as difficult to complete as the last series (assuming they're found in retail rather than ordered by the case). Just a bummer that so many are going to be trickier.

True, hopefully all the 1:6 are on the bottom layer. That'll make it easy to just swipe the top layer and take a chance on the rarer ones.


I wonder... Might it be a good idea to keep a list of who's looking for what so people who pull doubles or ones they aren't interested in know how to contact?

Any idea if the twins are all in one, or a left side / right side deal? At 1:36 I'm kind of hoping an all in one, but then there's only 14 shown so far...

Don't worry, they're barely making it out right now. I don't think they've been spotted outside Texas yet.
Edit: And yes they're one figure to my understanding. From the promo artwork it looks like they are significantly smaller figures, like Sam or Billy small. Putting two figures that small in a box shouldn't be an issue.

Those ratios are the complete opposite of what I'd expect. I'm glad that the Jaws shark is common, but man three 1/6? Was that necessary Funko, hm?
Jason and especially Freddy being rarer is odd to me, along with Elvira and Alex being more common.

Wow, that image has me so excited. The Jaws shark, Jack Torrence, and Patrick Bateman were all very high on my wish list. Even though I could live without another Freddy and Jason, any figure in this series would make me happy. I would never even considered the idea they would do an Adam Maitland from Beetlejuice mini, kudos to the design team. Here’s hoping for Barbara soon.

Unfortunately, the rarities are garbage for this series. Glad some of my favorites will be easy to get, but three 1/6 figures is a slap in the face. Please let them be side by side on the bottom of the case, it will make this much easier to swallow.

I'm happy that the ones I want are 1:6 commons, but that's rough for the Funkatics chasing the full set.

There's a couple popping up on eBay, luckily with the boxes in the photo... jaws looks, as expected, pretty big in the box, so should be easy to confirm placement. Elvira looks very tall as well, if you pinch the box from top to bottom you should definitely be able to feel her hair. Keeping an eye out locally, will share an unboxing video if it's still relevant.

Yikes! The ratios are not too great for this set. Like others have said, I'm not too thrilled with three 1/6 in a case. So, a full case will still leave you missing five minis. That's going to be rough using ebay to fill the holes. It'll be nice to find out what the layout is so hopefully we can all find the ones we want in the wild.

The lack of variants in the standard case has me wondering if there will be other exclusives besides HT. Game Stop or Walmart might be OK. Hopefully not Walgreens.

Oh gosh you're right! The back says variants, but there are none to be shown? I sincerely agree, as long as it isn't Walgreens, anywhere but Walgreens.

No Gamestop variants, as they'd be shared with Thinkgeek. Usually if there's variants, they still follow the ratio pattern - so expect to find three duplicates in each box even from HT. I imagine they'll replace two 1:6s, like silver Bender became Zoidberg - plus maybe 1:12 and 1:72. Either way, it won't be easy!

Ooh, where'd you hear/see that? It's good to know that before looking for these in retail, and also throws kind of an interesting curveball at hunting for rares. With the second series, if you walked into a store with a case that was missing any at all and you were only looking for chases, it was generally safest to just walk away. But now that the chases are on the bottom, the case could still be half gone and the rares are in there... unless whoever bought them reads this forum and plucked them all out of the bottom layer first.

Yes when they started doing the funko shop I found full cases of horror 2 and they all had new sticker barcodes over the plastic wrapping and so the layouts all got switched.
