Here was my haul:

I'm still bummed out that my Batman Freddy Funko didn't have a sticker:

I asked Yoko McCann after the show about it and her reply was, "Well, you should start becoming an out of box collector now." I also asked Brian and he said, "I'm sorry that's not my department. I just make the things." ](*,)

Lol. You have a 1 of 100 item and your hung up on a sticker. Most would be grateful to even touch that figure.

Never been to this event, how does it work, in a nutshell, to get all these items? Why do hauls differ in quantity?

As someone that was at Fundays last year, I thought that the prize distribution this year was MUCH better. While there is still room for improvement, I felt that most folks came away with something extra. I hope that they continue this trend in the years to come.

Aside from the prizes, it was once again a great party. Food was excellent and the entertainment was spot on. Cant wait till next year!

Some tables win more. Some individuals bring friends and family and share the haul. Some people trade pieces two for 1, or 3 for 1. Stuff like that.

I was very pleased with the method of prize dist. And for the most part attendees were respectful. The most important thing to me is that i felt safe. So this year was a big improvement, IMHO.

It was my first fundays and i sat with valde and I was going off what he told me about previous ones. I enjoyed it. Wish I had gotten a mega dorbz tho.

l can't complain, I got a Kylo-Freddy, He-Man & Skeletor (my favorites among the offerings this year) and a colored proto of the OG Iron Man! Also, my friend and I were able to trade our handed out prize Berts for a Night King (me) and Cobra Commander (him), so to get Freddys of 4 of my favorite Pops is pretty awesome! I'm also glad the prize distribution happened that way and there was no need to try and grab things thrown at us! Though I was pretty jealous of the bigass dorbz! And I now know the secret and will absolutely make use of it next year, if I'm lucky enough to get to go again!

Pros:
First fundays was amazing
Got to meet tons of new people
Prizes were fantastic
Food and venue were awesome
Nearly the entire table was so nice
Loved Screaming my head off
Got my first retro freddy vinyl
TEAM DEADPOOL!!!

Cons:
Spinning the wheel left me a little sad, they chose random people so only a few tables got to spin the wheel
2 guys at our table stole our entire bag of Protos - Then harassed the prize patrol every time they came around.

Clearly had way more Pros than Cons and had the time of my life! wel worth the trek from Texas.

Everyone at the table was interested in what was happening on the stage that when the prize patrol set down the bag half the table missed it. The bag had awesome protos as well. It had dug w/ cone, deadpool, spidergwen, and more.

We went to prize patrol and someone at our table tried to talk with Brian but there was nothing they could do at that point.

The annoying part was that kept saying "oh, I keep finding these on the floor". Our table just wanted to be civil and not start anything.

In teh end it was unfortunate but I still had an amazing time!

Thank you! I'm no Who fan but I'm a star wars freak so I know what it feels like. I also got a Rose proto so it was a Who night for me lol

. When I didn't get kylo freddy I became obsessed with getting him. Luckly a local guy had him and was willing to sell. Not the perfect route but I wasn't leaving SD without him!

If it's one thing I miss, is when you walk into Fundays seeing the stage with all the prizes to be given out, I did hear the horror stories and was there but my area was very civil, I had a great time, but I get with that many people, the distribution was the best safest way, I just miss looking at the big table of prizes.

Our chocolate bar melted on the drive back to LA.. luckily not on anything important lol

on another note apparently our table was last to get the bars of chocolate cause we never got one! Thank you to a friend sitting next to us on another table that gave us her bar.

This (the stealing) angers me. Funko went out of their way to make sure everyone in attendance was able to get fun stuff and keep all of the past scrums/running/pushing/shoving/grabbing away from this event. And the bags were VERY clearly supposed to be distributed to the whole table. I wish you would have taken their pics.

The guy was with 2 friends who were super nice but he was acting shady and greedy. Majority of the people were friendly and nice and having a great time from my end.

i had fun! unfortunately I had only slept for like 4 hours over the previous 3 days and knew we had to get up early for conan so we ended up leaving a little early and giving our playing cards to the folks next to us, hopefully they won something with them
