Star Wars Prequel Pops?

So first of all, May the Fourth be with you! Ironically, it's actually a bank holiday here in the UK, so I'm just considering it the May the Fourth national holiday xD

Anyways, back to my point. I've been watching the Star Wars movies today, and was wondering why there's a lack of prequel Pops? I really don't understand it, because I would love to have an Episode 3 version of Obi Wan and Anakin. General Grievous too, I think he would translate really weirdly and wonderfully into Pop form. Thoughts?

if I had to guess I would say it is because the primary customers for Pops are adults and most adults despise the prequels, those of us under 25 may like them but most SW fans over 30 hate the prequels

I wouldn't mind a Pod racer Pop ride but yea I agree most older adult fans hate those movies. I grew up with the original 3 but I do have the prequels, episode 1 and 3 are fine to me but I tried watching 2 yesterday and that movie just sucks lol

It would still be cool to get Qui Gon or even some of the jedi council.

I agree that ep 2 is worst of those 3 however I still think it is more exciting to watch then most of what came out that year, and I would add Mace Windu to my collection if he was made

We got 3 characters from Episode I... and Jar Jar had to be one :S

We need another Samuel L. Jackson pop so Mace Windu with Lightsabre would be great.

I will admit that most people hate the prequels, and for the most part I do too. Even if you don't like the characters, that doesn't take away from the fact that you could have some awesome looking Pops. For example, I don't really care for the characters of the Mos Eisley bar band, but I'm considering getting Figrin D'an (I honestly forgot the spelling xD), so even if you dislike the prequels, you can't take away from the fact some of the characters would look badass in Pop form

EDIT:
I know that the Mos Eisly bar is from the original trilogy, it was just an example of a Pop I'm considering getting despite not really caring for the characters in the movies

I tend to fall into the "Original" category, I really enjoy the Star Wars Pops they are doing now, but I don't have the most flavor for the prequels.

One series should be all that is need for the prequels since all you really need are ani, young obi, qui gon, mace, dukoo, and one of the battle droids maybe

And if Disney let's them take characters from clone wars

+1, I don't like Jar Jar at all but I bought it anyhow to have my collection closer to be completed. I like better chapters 4,5 & 6 but I do like the 3 first episodes however even not in the same level.

Chapters 7,8 & 9 are going to be really awesome for sure, they look darker than the pre-quel which is going back to original formula. The Jedis vs Siths battles in the prequels are pretty awesome though IMO.

I would love to see Starwars prequel's POP! Characters for sure!

Would love to see the Prequels get some love. Say what you will about the movies, but they did give us a lot of new aliens and droids and characters that would look awesome in Pop form. Would be nice to maybe get at least one Prequel Pop in each new Star Wars wave, but it seems that Disney wants to bring focus back on to the OT in prep for the new trilogy so I don't think we'll be seeing many more, if any, Prequel Pops anytime soon.

They have a few, but they badly need more. Plus they're really running out of ideas with only a couple of main characters from the originals left to make and 17 different R2s (most of which come from the prequels ironically).
We need to at least see Obi wan, Mace Windu, Anakin, Qui-Gon, Padme and at least a few of the other members of the jedi council.

I know, but I was shown concept art of Ahsoka back in March when I met a couple funko employees at the artist signing they did at a local Barnes & Noble in connection to BvS. Also, I saw that Gui Gon Jinn is supposedly coming this fall as well.

The Yoda that's currently out is definitely from the prequel trilogy. And we have since gotten him in spirit form, but I hope they'll do a spirit version of his upcoming, elderly, original trilogy Dagobah mold.
