Yes! I have it set up on my desk at work and get tons of compliments on how amazing it is! The versions of Harry, Ron and Hermione make it worth it alone - then oversize shirt and taped glasses on Harry are great little details, and Ron with the chocolate frog and chocolate frog box, and the detail of the dirt on his nose bring the scene to reality. Hermione with her books is adorable! The Hogwarts Express and carriages really are great as you can add some of the other Pops to ride the train.

So, has anyone actually seen the train out in stores yet? I've only seen Harry and the engine. That was at Gamestop, but the box wasn't in the best condition. Nothing for HT or B&N yet.

Yes, they had the entire train at the King of Prussia Mall's Hot Topic this past weekend. $30 each.

They had five of the Hermione car at the FYE at the Plymouth Meeting Mall, but no Ron or Harry.

My city no longer has an FYE. They closed years ago. :( I'll have to keep watching HT, but I'm really hoping for B&N. I can get good discounts there.

My store took a couple of weeks to get the new wave in after they first started popping up, so if BN is getting these, then it'll probably be a similar thing. I'll check when I go into work on Thursday if it says anything about them at least being on order. That'll at least tell me something.

I picked up the locomotive today and it's cute, but I'm disappointed that it isn't more detailed. The blue windows irk me, they should have been clear. A steam locomotive has a wonderful cabin full of gauges, dials, piping and levers. This one has nothing of the sort. My biggest gripe is that the two cars are identical. The car has room for two Pops, so why not package Ron and Hermione with ONE car and that way WE can decide if we want multiple cars or not. Would have been cool if one was a caboose instead but the movie train didn't have one so I guess they decided not to do that. Or a tender (the car behind the locomotive that carries the coal), there was one in the movie. Anything except two identical cars! Anyway I did buy the locomotive so my gripes aren't deal killers. And I will be buying both cars to keep my HP collection complete. There are rumors there is another car that will be exclusive to SDCC, if it's yet another identical car with a different figure... ugh! Here's hoping it's not!

Keep in mind that FYE does a buy-2-get-1-75%-off deal. That comes to $56.25 for all three rides. At Hot Topic, the best you can get is buy-1-get-1-30%-off, so it would be $81 for all three rides.

If you can find all three rides during Hot Cash they end up costing you the same as FYE's deal. A person just has to wait until next month.

True. That's a big if, though. My Hot Topic seems to be sold out of everything worthwhile during Hot Cash.

Have you tried the "Available for Pick Up In Store" feature on their site?

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/toys-ga ... 9803061579

That's how I got translucent Melisandre, I located one through their site and reserved it. They sent a notification that it was ready and I stopped by and picked it up. went very smoothly!

I am looking to buy one figure from the Harry Potter series, and from the ones that I saw, I think that I may choose for the Quidditch version of Harry Potter. What do you think guys, is that a good one or others are better?

If you have to get only one Id go with the sorting hat one. It is so unique and detailed, and it represents a scene of the movie rather than just being a regular Pop.

I have to second this. If you're going to hunt down only one Harry Pop right now, it's this one. I have both the Quidditch and the Sorting Hat and I just love the hat one so much more. The details and the sculpt are great.

The only one I've got is the Quidditch one myself, but the Sorting Hat makes a lot of sense, too. All the pictures I've seen, the head is leaning though, unfortunately.

In what way the head is leaning? Here the only store that sells Funko stuffs is Game Stop and I don't know if they have that version. The Quidditch one is one of their exclusive.

Those with the train set...out of box, how long are all three train cars if you connect them?

Contemplating splurging during Hot Cash, but I need to figure out if the space I want to use to display them is big enough...

Interestingly enough I was looking at that last night because I'm in the process of hanging shelves for my Pop Rides collection :-) Just measuring them while still in the box they look to be around 10" long each or around 30" total. I will know for sure in the next day or two once I get the rest of the shelves up and unbox them. It's taking me a while as I'm wiring the shelves with LEDs as I go :-)

Thanks! As I thought that's a couple inches wider than my bookcase...it might be easier to talk myself out of these than I thought. lol

When I set them up I was going to play with curving them instead of putting them in a straight line just to see if they take up less room that way. I'll let you know!

Thank you! I'm using the Ikea "Lack" shelves, they're 2" thick and when installed basically look like they're magically cantilevering out from the wall :-) It's been kind of a hassle trying to get all the lighting set up so that there aren't wires hanging all over the place, but I've gotten it figured out and have 2 of the 6 shelves finished. The brackets for the other 4 are already hung, just need to get the rest of the lighting all squared away!

I was a little long in my estimate, I unboxed them last night and they are exactly 27" long from tip to tip. I mentioned I was going to look at curving it to maybe save space but that's a no-go, when the cars are hooked together the gap is so tiny that they can't really be set up in a curved shape.

And for those that asked, yes they do hook together! The locomotive has a pin on the back and each car (which are really identical even down to the serial number on the side, which should NOT be the same since it's supposed to be the car's unique identifier) has a loop on the front and pin on the back. Another interesting detail, none of the figures have the usual Pop Ride hole in the foot that sits over a pin in the floor to hold them in a certain spot. The bottom of the locomotive and cars is just a flat surface, so the figures can be positioned wherever you want. There's actually enough room for 3 figures in the cars.

Thanks Jerry! I just took a partial photo because the shelves aren't complete yet. I'm working on a stack of 6 shelves that are all lit, but one of the boxes of LEDs was the wrong color (warm white instead of cool white) so I'm waiting on those to arrive to finish the rest of the shelves. I'll be putting out all my Pop Rides once I get them done and will post pics :-)

B&N shipping is hit or miss. They do not do a good job packaging in my opinion so you have to hope to get lucky and not receive a damaged box.

The last two pops I ordered came in fine for me, but apparently it's been pretty hit or miss with their shipping. But that's the right price.

I haven't seen many dementors in stores. Which retailers tend to carry this one? The hot topics and B&N in my area haven't had them for months. I know it's readily available online, but I like to pick out the best box/paint job whenever I can.

P.S. When is wave 3 expected to be available?
