I signed up but haven't gotten a box yet....perhaps I was too brutal with my thumbs down. I've only seen good reviews. They seem to package well from what I have seen. The only drawback is the time it takes to give every single pop a thumbs up (you want it) or thumbs down (you don't want it). They won't send you a pop you gave a thumbs down. They add new pops all the time so you need to stay vigilant and make sure your thumbs up/down are up to date or you may get one you don't want.

They sure are. There is a site in the U.S. And one in the UK. So depends where you are from which one you would sign up to.

Yea, I would definately thumbs down any you don't want before you subscribe. You can create an account and thumbs down them, then add your subscription. Keep in mind that they may send you any that you don't thumbs down. If you leave any blank (with no thumbs up or thumbs down) you may get them. So the most important thing is to thumbs down the ones you definately don't want.

I ordered 2 and got 2 head scratchers. Got Nord from Elder Scrolls when I gave thumbs down to all game pops and a 21 Jump Street Schmidt, which I don't mind but didn't indicate I was interested in it.

And pop in a box is literally all you get. They were each in an individual box and bounced all around but came out amazingly unharmed. Don't expect that to always be the case.

That's interesting. Did you contact them to query why you got a games pop? Just wondering what they do in that situation.

I've done it for this month and I got to say it's worth it. Sure, you have to thumbs up & down everything, but it's worth it. I didn't put anything for colossus and that's what they send me, so gotta vote everything so their system can know what you want.

Correct, unless you did not do it under the thumbs-up and down tab that they have.

It took a while to complete the thumbs up and down but i did mine in the manage collection section. I have received 2, both of which were items I wanted (a pop and a mini pop 3 pack).
I always have to remember to update the new items with up or down

Depends on how many pops you would like. For instance, I have the one pop plan and it's $4.99 for shipping, although I think it changed to $6.99, correct me if wrong. Also it looks like they have a 30% off any pop right now

U can buy individual pops yes. If u subscribe not only keep giving thumbs up or down to newly posted pops, but u must check new versions and new styles. If u miss anything its fair game for u to possibly get in the mail. You can thumbs down whole sections and types of products.

I just ordered a 12 pack! :eek:

So we'll see what comes in the mail! It was 30% off today only so it was only $72.80 plus $4.99 shipping. I've spend easily 6 hours or more thumbs upping and downing pops the past few days to get it right. I just have to make sure to cancel it before the first of the month so I'm not charged for another month.

There is 20% off for a limited time via my link...for anyone who wanted to give it a try. The giving thumbs up and down can be a lot of work to get your wishlist set, but once done it is pretty easy to keep up with new releases. You pay for shipping on the subscription but all shop orders are then free shipping. Have gotten some pretty cool ones myself in the past 5 months...oversized pops & tin and also managed to get my GITD NYCC Godzilla via the shop here.

I signed up with them earlier this month and was happy with what they sent -- the boxes were pristine -- but what was odd was that the shipping box they arrived in didn't have ANYTHING in it that told me that they were from Pop in a Box. The return address was some distribution center on the east coast and there wasn't any packing slip inside. I had recently ordered several Pops off Ebay so was checking off the orders as they arrived so the Pop in a Box order completely confused me as I was trying to figure out if someone had sent me the wrong Pops.

That is exactly what happened to me this month. At least I'm glad with my Colossus, heck I'll even give it another month.

Yea I didn't care for the loose packing... The one I received (unmasked vader) was a little banged around. Don't think I'll be continuing my subscription myself. the ever-vigilance on updating my collection and new thumbs up/down doesn't seem to work too well for me either... I apparently buy too many Pops too quickly

Such weird packaging. It's always a mystery when I get it. Like you order some "adult" items and you want discreet packaging lol
