Nothing totally all hyped excited for in wave 2 ... but ... all the POPS are cool and unique enough where I'll cop them. Definitely looking forward to wave 3 tomorrow! C'mon bring on the Force!!

Oh on a side note, I noticed yesterday most of the POPS had a limited number sticker on it. Today most of them are non-numbered editions but rather just New York Comic Con "Limited Edition" I'm thinking those are the ones most likely to show up at retailers.

Does anyone know if they're going to release these outside of NYCC like the SDCC ones?

So far the only ones screaming at me to buy are Kratos and the Alternate reality Fry and Leela to go with Gold Bender.

I'm thinking I might go for Jack and Cthulhu, depending on how easy they are to get, and the orange Catbug. But no must haves yet - waiting for a Harry Potter exclusive! Great spread this year though.

My guess/theory is the ones that don't have a "Limited # pcs" quantity and just say "Limited Edition" will be at some retailers. Yoko (Funko employee) has confirmed there will be some available outside of NYCC a few pages back.

That's how it is, outside of con ones say Limited Edition on the sticker

Newbie question here, how long after SDCC/NYCC/other special events with exclusives does pricing start to calm down? Traveling is really hard for me, so the chances of me ever attending a Comic Con are very slim. Ebay preorders on the Alternate Universe Fry & Leela make me want to cry at $170. Is this the price I should expect for a while, or do you guys think it'll come down any?

I think it's hard to say but my guess is that it will be high beforehand because hardly anyone is selling before they have it. Then during the con and the few days after, supply will be max as the flippers are posting. Then as those supplies get bought by forever collectors the available supply decreases and the price goes back up forever. My best recent example is Flamehead Anger. He was 30-40 during/immediately after SDCC and now he is 60-80 and holding strong. I regret not jumping in at 30.

PS it also depends on the original selling price. I'm not sure how much that two pack will be at the con. The supernatural metallic bloody three pack is going to retail for 90 so any flipper price is going to be outrageous.

Oi.. I found it a tiny bit cheaper in a different listing, so I'll watch and wait, but I'm thinking it's going to sell around $100 no matter what for a while. I guess that's what happens when you can't get to comic con. :-({|=

Seeing as how I get an exhibitor badge and never a regular badge, I'm glad there's none for me so far, as I wouldn't be able to buy them anyway. Also glad I don't collect Dorbz, as there are a few nice Batman pieces shown already.

Knowing Funko, they'll wait until the last day to post something awesome like the Batman/Superman two-pack I missed out on at SDCC.
