I bet if the Inside out POPs take off at the amusement parks and Disney wants to start selling full lines of POPs at their parks. Old Disney POPs get taken from the vault (insert Disney DVD Vault Collection Voice)....NOW FOR A LIMITED TIME...SPECIAL EDITION Disney POP! hurry now as this is for a limited time only.

Technically before the vault was created, but the riddler and penguin were re-released in a small quantity after being labeled as "retired". They supposedly found an extra shipment but I don't buy that lol

Do the boxes of the un-vaulted Pops look any different, like with a sticker or something?

With Star Wars, the unvaulted ones are in black packaging instead of blue.
