GameStop Star Wars Funko Pops and GlamShots

I had no issues picking up the whole set, but I had called and spoken to the manager of the store when they opened, and he gladly set aside one of each (and the best boxes of the bunch) as I had commitments volunteering at my daughter's school today and couldn't arrive until later this afternoon. Even when I got there, though, there were still quite a few of each pop available on the shelves. Better safe than sorry, though. Perhaps it helped I am friends with the ASM? :-)

Picked up my set. There were none on the shelves at my store even though they had a huge stack of flyers on the counter advertising them. Kind of strange. My preorder was in the back though, so I'm happy.

Was at my Gamestop first thing before opening and I was expecting a line. I was the first and lone person and scored a full set. Very pleased! May the 4th Be With You

I was the only one to preorder them at my store and they had plenty available of all of them. Guess it pays to sometimes live in a small rural town.

The Gamestop closest to us (next to Target, near downtown) had all of them at opening & no line so we picked up a set. These were much easier to get (and, in my opinion, cuter) than the Celebration exclusives.

The force was not strong with me today.
I had my pre-order all the way back in January, and apparently they either didn't get Figrin Dan and r2 in or they sold them out early. They called around and said they will get them from another store since, you know, i had already pre-ordered them. I went to another GS and they only had chewie and Han as well.

starting to freak out a little. Was one of the first to jump on this and was thinking i was going to be taken care of, now I'm worried I may miss out on half of them unless i spend the rest of my night hunting and pay for them again.

That's super crappy, I was having nightmares that was gonna happen to me. If they can't get them for you, I'd call customer service right away and see if you can get some shipped. I've had some pretty good experiences with Gamestop's customer service RECENTLY. They used to be just awful.

I just called to make sure they had the pops procured from another store. She told me they do for sure and they'll be in my store tomorrow afternoon. I told her about how they're only getting one release and she understood. I think she's got my back (as well as two others who pre-ordered from there), but i'm afraid of things not in her power happening. uugh. I'm very tempted to just head out on my own and track them down still.

I say track them down and buy them again. Just to be sure you have them. Then if the preorders do come through, you can always return the ones you bought again. That way you maximize your chances of getting them.

If you wait until tomorrow, and then the preorders don't come in, and then you start to track them down elsewhere, it may be a lot more difficult to find them.

Took me 3 stores, but got the set. Each store had at least 10 Hans. The other three were a bit harder to find.

The only one I wanted was Dandruff...er...I mean, Hoth Chewie and the very first Gamestop I tried had an entire case of him and everyone else. I thought about getting Han and R2, but I just did not have the money to afford them all. Besides, Chewie is the most adorable anyway, so...

The Gamestop in my town is rarely visited, so hopefully I can snag a R2 later in the week.

EDIT: Okay so rereading the last few pages, it seemed all except Hans are limited/gone. I do like that Chewie too, so maybe it'll be one or the other depending on what I find.

That preorder should be good. These were very limited and some stores got more than others Han and the droid were the commons of the group with Chewie being the uncommon and D'an being the rare pieces.

The first store i went two had a bunch of Hans and R2 left but the guy told me the others sold in minutes, The second store everything had sold in 5 mins of opening.

I think this was a case of an employee making a mistake and putting something out by accident

Grabbed Figrin D'an and Hoth Solo at 8pm mountain time. Called around 2 to hold D'an and the girl gladly held it, called right back to hold Solo and a different chick answered and was like we shouldn't be holding these because its first come first serve. She stated we have a couple Solo's and if we go thru those ill release yours. She was rude af. But I get there and the first chick was there and had held them for me and the whole stock was gone. I lucked out. There are good people still out there. Oh yea R2-D1 and Chewbacca are coming from PC, should arrive tomorrow :-)

I didn't preorder but was able to grab hoth han and r2 at one store then figrin at the next! I believe figrin was the hardest,the first store only received 2 and the next store had 1 left.

Picked up the set today and my gamestop in Killeen texas. They had plenty and the boxes were in perfect condition. My only gripe is the yellow on the r2 d2 is poorly painted. All of them were like that. The Hoth skywalker is sweet !!

Didn't know about the Pre-Order so I was at my local Gamestop in rural Eastern/Centra PA at 10AM yesterday. Only person there, got Snow Drift Chewbecca. Shipment of the R2-B1 didn't arrive until later in the morning but I got one, the Pop I was the most interested in. Store only received one D'an. Another Gamestop about 20 miles away didn't get there shipment until the afternoon. This whole Gamestop Exclusive thing has been a pain, but they look dang nice.

Yeah I knew about the preorder I just didnt take advantage of it cause I didnt think they would be this hard to find. I luckily got the 3 I wanted but learned the hard way if you got 5 bucks lying around just put it down and save the headache. Needless to say I have Fear Kratos Reserved heck I just paid for him in full already lol

Im not playing around no more with GS exclusives :roflmao:

Funko is starting to get annoying..all these exclusives are making it hard for international collectors like me outside the US..i was hoping i can order the set online but to my shock..my paypal account is not accepted by Gamestop..i also cant use a PO box because the billing and shipping address should be the same..FML..no other choice but to bite evilbay prices.

Seems the r2 is the hardest one to find in my city. There are still tons of Hans& Chewies. Scored a Figrin and Han so far. Today I'll be huntin more for r2.
