I assume Muppets talk goes in the Disney thread. Does anyone know if Swedish Chef is REALLY discontinued? I see he's selling for big money now, but didn't he just come out last summer? I figured he'd be available for at least a year...

I don't think the Muppets have been big sellers. Might have been a limited run to hype Muppets 2. Never know when something will come back though, but seems they would have bigger priorities.

He is listed as Temporarily Out of Stock on Entertainment Earth. If you want, you can place an order for him, and they don't charge until they ship it.

I was all set to get my most wanted Pop today, Donald Duck.. Price went up to $45 on Amazon :/ which is a little steep for me at the moment. I ordered The Beast and Carl though, so all is well i suppose

so I hadn't understood why the Pop of Gus is in the shoe but I just watched the new Cinderella, LOVED IT, and now the Pop totally makes sense

Guys I need some help. I recently bought a Baymax figure on eBay that turned out fake for very obvious reasons. Tomorrow I can send a report to eBay but I need some help from somebody who owns an official red Baymax.

One of the things that makes me think it's a fake is that the arms can move at the shoulder, does Baymax actually do that? I doubt he can because I've never seen a Pop that can. If somebody can check I'd be very grateful.

nope, it is completely still apart from the head joint like all other Disney pops

updated the first post with the release of the Tomorrowland figures and the glams for Agent May and Scarlet Witch... still waiting on any word about a Quicksilver, and hoping for some glams of some of the other new Disney figures soon

Oh, I knew it would be Bing Bong! Pixar has been trying real hard to keep him secret but of course hardcore Pixar fans sniffed him out really early. Is he really clear though? I wonder what that could mean for his character, though I have a theory

1) Is anyone finding Gus Gus in stores (other than the HTE? Barnes and Noble isn't carrying him.)
2) Does he come out of the slipper?

1) i haven't seen the normal Gus Gus in any other stores yet
2) i have the HT exclusive one, and he does come out of his shoe. it's basically a big stand for him.

as of Thursday he hadn't been released to the stores yet, the store I go to tends to get things before anyone else because they are the closest to Funko HQ and don't have to get them shipped

Yeah, it won't bother me, not unless Funko makes "Storybrooke" versions of each character.
If they do, then it will definitely screw things up, but they could change to the Evil Queen since we have seen no glams or anything.

To me, in the context of the show, that's no different that Rumple being called The Dark One, because you don't say his name. You don't say his name, but that doesn't change what his name is. Same with Regina, in context of the adaptation.

I agree. I thought the same thing when I first saw the concept art. Plus I'm hoping for a Storybrooke version of Regina.

I don't see any problem with it. If they do a Storybrook version they can either give her parenthesis or just print her name as Regina again. They do it with Game of Thrones.
