I don't know if it's official, but I would safely say yes to your question. I haven't seen any pops in any 7-11 stores anywhere I've looked. These were on sale a year or so ago anyways, so I doubt they would have the same line for that long.

I bought the first Grey Wind I ever saw at a Chevron/7-11.

I must have passed on him five times more after that before finally landing a Bloody Carl.

Wish I had picked them up to help out.

I hit up the 711 near me that I have found many grey winds and carls every day for hot chocolate. They haven't stocked them in months. They did have rey mysterio, I have two sitting around, packed up and ready to go...But no carls or grey winds. Isn't grey winds at popcultcha still?

Im not entirely surprised these didn't work out great at 7-11. These exclusives, especially carl, seem like they are disappearing.

Last time they were out of stock they had a preorder option I believe. But now they don't even show up in the regular search for me.
