Upcoming HT Exclusives

My store must have just stocked up, they had blue/yellow Deadpool, Cheshire Cat, and he had Bizarro in the back that wasn't even out yet. I'm willing to help out if people are having trouble finding the POP!s they want.

I was just at the store down there. At around 3 maybe? And the girl said they had new shipment, but didn't open it yet. She said to come back tomorrow or the next day. Today was the only time I was going down that way. They didn't have any of those you mentioned. I saw Zero there. But, was looking for Cheshire Cat or Simba. I can hope they add them to the site, or call the local one by me to see what they have tomorrow.

I'm REALLY hoping for the next week or two! I e-mailed Toy Wars about my pre-ordered Sauron and they gave me that window. It would be great if they're released at the same time! They're going to be really nice pieces together!

Just scored chase zero and im super impressed with how well he glows. He is by far the brightest glowing pop I have.

My boyfriend had an interesting experience at the local HT recently...long story short, the employee insisted they didn't get any Chase Zeroes, to the point of nearly flat out refusing to even check the top shelves (and getting rather hostile about it), so my bf calmly started moving every pop he could reach one by one, and surprise surprise there was one Chase buried behind some commons. Moral of the story...always look thoroughly.

On the topic of gold Smaug, Popcultcha has January as their release date so I'd guess he'll show up in the states by then if not December.

Sounds like that employee had issues....... either that or he did not want to admit he was wrong.

I he is talking about the Herschel that was see on a tour of funko where the person saw some of the ht exclusives along with a Herschel pop people assumed was a variant of the headless one

If this is true, this really sucks! The Lion King is my favorite Disney movie and this was the one exclusive I was most excited for I'm gonna wait it out and give it another week or so but it's looking like Popcultcha is the way to go...

Same here. Favorite Disney movie and character, was reallllly looking forward to this. I still thought there was something about production delays? I wanted more than one of these, so Im still holding out some hope of these hitting the rest of the country. But, AU gets them in Dec, so like I said earlier...

But at the same time, if Hot Topic can't supply their own exclusive, how will AU be able to get them?

I thought I read somewhere about production delays too, some issue with the flocked material but I can't remember where or when I read it. I'm hoping it is just a delay and he'll start showing up in stores again soon.

The smaller of two HTs near me (Chicago suburbs) had Chucky, Bizarro, Tinkerbell, Cheshire Cat, Spongebob, and The Crow, as well as a few each of Jack and Sally. There were a couple zeros on the shelf but one missing which I'm guessing was the chase. The bigger one likely has the same stock or more.

If Chicago ever did get flocked Simba he never made it out to the suburbs. Still hoping he comes through one of these days.

How does HT not have 1000's of these online. It's been a real pain trying to get these exclusives, while not having a HT in my area.

Same problem here - I live in the boonies so depend on e-shopping for my POPs. Makes me sad they run out so fast (but then there are tons on eBay for $20+)

Seriously, they really must not have had many in stock or there's some kind of glitch in their system. They never sell out before I check the site at 4 in the morning.

I placed my order at 6:40am and received the "not in stock" email at 12:12pm. Now the website has both Tink and the Cat listed as out of stock. The Hot Topic phone rep I spoke is not aware of if or when HT will get more of either.

I placed mine a couple of minutes before 5am and also got the cancellation email, so you are not alone I'm tempted to call and see if they need any help building a better inventory system in exchange for all the stuff I've missed due to cancelled orders recently

The fact that these couldn't have been on the site more than 3 hours before I saw them, and that there really aren't that many people skulking the HT website at like 1am on a Thursday makes me think they never had them to begin with. Or didn't mean to put them on the site just yet and decided to cancel orders rather than honor them. I don't know, I find it all very odd.

Just got back from my HT store, and saw a lot of exclusives. I saw several flocked Simbas, GITD Crows, GITD SpongeBobs, B/W Loki, B/W Undertaker, a couple of glitter Tinkerbells, 2 or 3 GITD Brides of Frankenstein (no Franks though), and one Bizarro, which I had them hold for me til tomorrow. I think a Willow chase too, but no Vampire Spikes.
