I've read a ton of great ideas through this thread, so mine will be rehashed or reiterated because I do really feel that these are things that should be deeply considered by Funko leadership.
1. A return to limited collectibles - no surprise here that we'd like to see Funko return to its roots where they produced less product which made obtaining something, and vaulted Pops, much more cherished. I do miss the days where Funko-Shop exclusives would sell out in less than a minute or we'd line up outside a store for something we really wanted. It made going out and socializing with other collectors (or flippers

) a possibility.
2. Make Con exclusive more special - this sort of goes hand--in-hand with #1, but outside of the different sticker there's nothing that differentiates the Pop from the shared one. They're using the new stickers in order to prove product authenticity and potentially protect against sticker-swaps. But why not make the con exclusives more desirable? Making new molds is apparently very expensive, which makes exclusive molds a dream. But why not make "shiny" variants of the con exclusive, or maybe change the box art? Something that incentivizes and hypes Funko!
3. More Fan events - this one is more than likely, unlikely

Funko is changing to where we are not even sure Fundays is going to be a thing anymore. I understand from a business standpoint, why they would stop doing the event. The venue, the catering, the labor, etc. $200 a person would never cover the costs. They could easily sell a Box of Fun at that price (3 Freddy's + a mascot Pop, maybe even a Proto?) and make a profit. But fan events are just a great way to celebrate Funko and give us an opportunity to mingle and gauge interest.
