Thundercats 1/6 scale Lion-O

Anyone picking this up tomorrow? I absolutely can't wait, I actually stopped buying the MOTU figures so I could go all in on this line. I'm thinking Mumm-Ra the Ever Living is next, but I am in for at least all the main Thundercats, both Mumm-Ra versions, and the Mutants.

Absolutely! This is long, long overdue and the accessories are top notch! That blazing sword with effect is sick! I can't wait for more of these.

i want to like this so much more than i do, but they went a little to heavy on the Mondofing and him being so realistic just isn't working for me, and don't even get me started on that freakish looking Snarf. all in all i'm disappointed and will probably wait for the inevitable "cartoon accurate" variant down the line.

I don't disagree that he's a little too realistic - the fur was definitely throwing me off at first. Hot Toys did the same thing for their Bad Batch figures, and made them all look like Temuera Morrison instead of like the cartoon. I still like the figure a lot, but I do hope that skirt piece is removable so he can be more cartoon accurate.

They did confirm in a few interviews at sdcc that it is and you can go classic loincloth look on him

I saw a preview video from Pixel Dan on YouTube and it’s not removable. Hopefully they change that before going into production, although it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

i just watched the live Mondo did on Lion-O and they 100% confirmed (and demonstrated) that the armor part does come off for Loinclothy display options. the one they sent to pixel Dan had the armor glued on so it wasn't removeable on his.

Thanks for the follow up. It wasn’t a dealbreaker if it wasn’t removable but it’s the only part of the figure I don’t like. That thing will come off immediately.

Definitely like a new version of Lion-O but the new Snarf and price tag isn't appealing me. If I won the lottery, maybe. But Snarf gives me The Leprechaun vibes.

Got my Lion-O today. It’s a really heavy figure, it’s definitely solid. Now I need to clear out space in my Detolf for him.

Great figure. Very well done. I wish I had jumped in and purchased the timed edition with Snarf.

I absolutely love it! But, I am trying to purchase less of the 1/6 scale figures because I am running out of room. I don’t like storing collectibles in boxes - I want to see the . But this one is amazing for sure!

As much as the Thundercats reminds me of my childhood, I couldn't pull the trigger on the Mondo Thundercats line. My wife would kill me if I bought more Mondo figures

So mine showed up this week (on Thursday). And I'll get it displayed tomorrow. Very excited to add this to my ever-growing Mondo 1/6 scale collection.

I get it, but I stopped buying the Mondo MOTU figures so I could get these. I don’t have the money or space to dedicate to two lines.

Yup, ditto for me as well. Have to draw the line somewhere with collecting as an adult
