I want to roll back to that early era of super limited pops at SDCC. Those metallics are just iconic and its hard to see more recent items being viewed the same. I know many don't like the super limited items but if it comes down to convention exclusives, let it be so. So with that said, give me really limited anime pieces or numbered exclusives that are flocked or metallic to stand out.

I agree with you but I do think that Funko has become to big of a company and they won’t allow suuuuuper limited con exclusives any longer although I really wish they would do something for us old school throwback collectors during the con which I think would be fair and feasible. I don’t know if they thought about this but hey, this is what the board is for - to help give ideas for fun.

What they could do during a convention which I think would be fair is similar to the Travis Kelce and Doja Cat for the duration of the Convention - have a pre order or two that are open edition meaning you can only buy it during that week of the convention and boom it closes so it really rewards collectors that are present during that time. I also think another idea is to do a hyper limited exclusive and use the EQL method but I like open edition better

Ahhh not that hard if it’s shared with a retailer. If it was a funko shop exclusive that would make it a little more difficult but let’s say if it was chalice or hot topic, it wouldn’t be too too difficult. With hot topic you’d just end up having to go to the store on drop day or be on the site riiiiiiiiiiight when it drops. Chalice usually has pretty comfortable stock and they restock often so you’d be good there as well

Oh wow I didn’t even realize it comes out the week of SDCC. Smh lol

that week is already going to be chaotic as it is but I guess I’ll have to carve out time to get to the theatre. What would really be cool is if Funko brought Deadpool to Fundays. I’d even settle for a doppleganger in a Deadpool costume. Would also be a opportune time to get a Freddy Funko as Deadpool in the new costume - I know they had a whole bunch come out in 2014 but it’s been long enough for them to bring it back. Especially cause they had Wolverine last fundays

It is true but last One Piece Convention Exclusives go to Funko Shop. If it goes other retailer will be better

It is true but last One Piece Convention Exclusives go to Funko Shop. If it goes other retailer will be better

You know now that I’m watching the show and I think the anime is actually quite outstanding and I for one love when Funko introduces anime lines by way of Con exclusive - GET KAIJU NO. 8 & make it a glow in the dark exclusive - Funko would KILL this mold.

I hope they keep growing the Simpsons collection. So many characters left to do. I think there's a pretty good chance since they've dropped one for almost every recent convention.

There’s definitely a lot of potential there. Especially for a deluxe with far more detail - really would like them to throw a mouth on that one

I will always say this and I’ve said it before to Mike. My dream pop would be the 7 evil ex’s from Scott pilgrim as some are still missing. Just one big set of them. If BTS and NSYNC, Ben, can have a set then I see no reason why one of the most popular lines (Brian’s fav I believe also) can be made. Scoot pilgrim needs to be finished.
