Best/Worst Chases

I get the chase and it’s cool, but the worst chase to me is the Chubbs Peterson chase variant from Happy Gilmore. It’s just him missing a few fingers. Lol At least, change the outfit to when he did lose fingers.

There’s a been a few pops that I’ve wanted that were missing details like that. I ended up not getting them because it just bothered me too much.

Worse chase has to be Doghan Daguis. That had 2 different chase variants and both were terrible. Really any chase that has one thing changed or altered is just cringeworthy.

The best Chase...metallic Batman for sure. There are sooo many good ones though.

Is it me or does some chases look terrible versus the common ? I just got a Sabo mask chase and I rather have the common funko..

Best chase for me is the Crow in the dark. Worst chase is Leatherface (pretty woman mask). They should of made that one more bloodier instead of a couple of red dots on the mask. I think that was so lazy on funkos part.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Princess Jasmine Chase. The only difference is that she is holding an apple.
My favorite may be the translucent Zavvi Exclusive Batman Chase...but there are so many great Chase's

Fight Club was one of my favorites.

Totally different pop! Not a simple change in color or hand position.

Let's be frank... best chase is any chase you can find for retail. And worst chase is any of the newer metallic variants. Seems too lazy.

So for me the best chase I own is the ichigo chase.
The worst chase in my opinion is the Gyomei Himejima chase from the demon slayer line. I love the anime and I am collecting the funko line, but I just think they got super lazy on that chase. It’s the same pop only different is that the chase has tears running down it’s face.

My absolute favorite chase of all time is the Tommy Pickles Chase from Rugrats where the chase has him in the color baby tee from the Pilot episode which was only used on that episode then and after they changed his shirt color to the one we know today. Great use of research and the idea of a chase design being different from the orginal.

I did like the old school chases, where they take the basic figure and make it metallic or another shiny color. Its "Chase" worthy imo
But, i do feel like it would get old if they did that w/ new chases. I do like the glow chase, or the flocked chase variants, or some of that sort. It's the same figure but different. I think its just making too many characters a chase that makes a lot seem boring and old

Its so great, i remember seeing it in stores often!
Honestly one of the most memorable chases, I remember it being cheaper than the non chase at one point

My favorite are either Alluka Zoldyck or King Bradley! Both variants on the surface appear to be similar, but if you are a fan of the show both are super meaningful and thoughtful!

I dunno, I still have issues with the Funko Shop Stitch with Record Player Chase. Well, no the chase is great, but it shouldn't have been a chase. The common was terrible. Stitch touching a record and looking deeply into the void. Without context it's a nothing Pop. Stitch touching things! Woo woo!

Best chase is any metallic versions of the regular standard pop!

Worse is anything that is with little detail like flocked or simple hand difference or item.
I haven’t seen anything cool as of lately.

Best might be Doctor Strange. The whole box change was nice. Worst could be Weaponized Rick. He’s painted with an open mouth instead of closed.
